Oftana suites is a bit out of the way, hard to find as well, but tell taxi it is just opposite the design park before Banilad. The restaurant here is non-existent for all practical purposes and there are none nearby too. Staff though are very nice making up for any deficiencies and admitting it to as well, which was welcome. There was also a sign about noise from across the property.
