Important Notes: • This is a brand-new building, and while it is fully operational, there are still some minimal finishing works ongoing. To reflect this, we’ve adjusted our rate to offer the best value in the area. • Residents and guests have access to a designated elevator, ensuring convenience and privacy. A separate elevator is used exclusively by building staff and workers. Important Things to Note Just a quick note: due to the sensitivity of the fire alarm system in the unit, cooking inside is temporarily not allowed until further notice. You may still use the rice cooker provided. No need to worry though—Grab offers plenty of food options nearby for your convenience. We sincerely appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation. Amenities Please be informed that the gym and pool are currently unavailable. They are scheduled to be ready for use by September.
