Was very accommodating to check me in early (4am!) as I took an overnight bus that arrived in the early morning. Hotel dining is good value-for-money, especially since almost all of Mandalay is shut down early in the evening and is quite difficult for tourists to find food outside of the hotels. Room is clean and well-maintained. Shower facility is great! Try their massage service too... At night, there's a night market but wasn't too busy the days I was there. Mostly indian population close by so you get some Chai tea and Nan coffee and restaurants close by. However, the room we got was right next to a mosque so we got woken up every morning by the prayer call and at night there was a super load music coming from a bar/club next door so we ended up having a very limited sleep window. Also, staff doesn't speak much English which makes arranging trips and transportation quite challenging. Ps. You have to climb a short flight of stairs before reaching the reception area which has an elevator. There is also an in-house massage for 6000 kyats for an hour. The massage is similar to Thai massage. Service at the hotel is good, we informed the reception that we were checking out early, they packed the breakfast for us. Though it was only a sandwich and a hard boiled egg, it was the gesture that was appreciated. Le personnel était excellent et très serviable. Une personne a passé près de 20mn avec moi pour résoudre le problème de connexion au wifi alors qu'il était minuit à notre arrivée. L'hôtel a un restaurant ouvert 24/24 avec des prix raisonnables. Et un salon de massage au 2e étage (6000mmk pour 45mn, 3e session offerte - tarif nov 16). Ce qui était très agréable après une journée de marche. Je recommande cet hotel. I had a wifi issue and someone spend nearly 20mn with me to solve the problem even if it was after midnight. The hotel has a 24hr restaurant with good food at reasonable price and offers massage (6000mmk for 45mn; 3rd one free as of nov 16) on the second floor. Very nice after a long day of sightseeing.
