Service is generally acceptable but this stay had one unpleasant experience during breakfast. This was my 3rd stay. During breakfast, I was toasting bread when the staff asked me to take a seat and they will serve me. When it was ready, they serve to another guest!!! That guest just took it without question. When I told that guest that was my toast he got defensive and spoilt my morning. The breakfast was good, a decent selection of food, some western but mainly Asian. There's a nice rooftop terrace to dine in, but the menu doesn't have much Myanmar cuisine which was disappointing, especially as there aren't many restaurants or shops near the hotel. Het hotel is goed gelegen en de service is uitstekend. Kamer was ruim en net en de opmaak verliep vlot en correct. Er is een wisselkantoor in het hotel dat de juiste koers toepast. Wij waren hier vijf nachten en zouden er terugkomen. Het restaurant is niet op het niveau van de andere diensten. Meestal waren de gerechten lauw, ook bij het ontbijt. En je krijgt niet wat het menu vermeldt: vervang vegetable door ajuin vb backed fish with celeri = vel gestoofde ajuin met wat groene bonen en weinig uitgedroogde vis - kip met basilicum = veel ajuinen, paprika en bonen geen basilicum en weinig kip. Second visit to this hotel. Staff are attentive and their English is surprisingly good. Clorox to popular restaurant Shan Na Na that is always busy with locals and tourists. This was a very good value for money. The room was large and clean, the location was fine, although not great, the breakfast was great, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
