ミャンマー人のチムググル

設備面では、あれこれと言い出すと色んな要求が出てくるが（つまり、先進国のホテルのようにはいかない）、しかしそういった不自由さを充分にカバーするだけのスタッフの気持ち良い、心からの接客が、旅のストレスを癒してくれる。このホテルに限ったことではないが、ミャンマー人の人の好さが直接感じられるホテルです。 あれもこれも揃ってなきゃダメという旅行者には、不向きでしょう。もっと高級なホテルに滞在すべきです。

Ci siamo trovati molto bene al Royal City. L'albergo è molto carino e in una buona posizione con roof top con una bella vista sulla città dove viene servita un'ottima colazione. La camera, molto accogliente, ha tutti i comfort necessari e nonostante sia in piena città è abbastanza silenziosa. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Sicuramente consigliato.

Decent Hotel near the Palace

I was pleased with my stay at this hotel last week. The location is good, staff friendly and efficient, the room was clean and comfortable, there were very limited amount of English TV channels, but the hotel doesn't have a cafe or restaurant and they don't offer laundry service.

My Royal City stay

My stay was pleasant, comfortable, but noisy. My first night (I stayed 2 nights) I was awakened by some loudspeaker music, announcements, Buddhist stuff, whatever from about 3am on. It woke me up and KEPT me up. Terrible night of sleep. Breakfast was adequate up on the hotel roof.

My Royal City Overnight

This hotel is average in every way, except a bit above average regarding their staff. The breakfast is adequate and is offered at a convenient time up on the roof of the hotel which offers a beautiful morning view of historic Mandalay.

It was OK budget hotel

Friendly staff, breakfast served on nice rooftop terrace, itself breakfast was little bit plain. There was also nice inexpensive laundry service! Rooms was ok budget hotel rooms but them was sometimes little bit noisy, local peoples wake up very early when traffic and other sounds may wake you up

Affordable gem in Mandalay

This was my favorite hotel during my two week trip to Myanmar! I especially loved the rooftop breakfast, but it also gets big points for being clean, comfortable, safe, conveniently located, and having helpful English speaking staff. The water pressure in the bathroom in great (and hot!), and the room was spacious (TIP: request a corner room!) There is a nice, clean food stall right next door that I ate at several times which was very affordable and welcoming, and you're also within walking distance of several very good restaurants. I would most definitely return here if I were in Mandalay again and I would suggest it to anyone.

Good stay for good price

Location was good and the hotel itself was fine. Room as big enough, we had a tripe, one double and one single and weren't tripping over each other. Breakfast while not extensive was good, with fresh omelettes made for you. Service was fine - booked taxi for airport return. Would recommend this hotel for your visit.

我們在這住了四天..很喜歡這裏 雖然房間舊了點,但很乾淨,員工也很親切 在頂樓用早餐很舒服,而且每天早餐都有變化 請飯店叫的計程車價格便宜,司機人又老實 隔壁有家自助餐好吃又便宜,老闆人也很nice 這樣的價格真的物超所值呀

Great views of Mandalay Hill

Stayed in superior Room 4th floor (R402), has elevator, large comfortable room, quiet, very clean, cleaned daily, soft bed, hot shower, tv, kettle, bar-fridge, 2 small bottles water daily, large cupboard, cold aircon & plenty of power points, good free wi-fi. Lovely helpful & friendly staff, very polite, good English and know where restaurants and ATM's are located. Can arrange boat ticket to Bagan (I recommend MGRG), airport transfers & tours. The laundry service is price by item. Arranaged private taxi to drive to all the places I picked out on map in town including Royal Palace and Mandalay Hill. 25,000K for day (8am - 4pm). Next day was 35,000K for whole day to do all out of town sights like Inwa, Saging etc. Good driver, recommend him, Mr Uthan Htay. Good breakfast - on rooftop 6th floor, great views. Plenty of choices to eat. Hot/cold meals, tea/coffee/real Milk, museli etc, fruit, toat/jam and eggs cooked your way. Would definitely stay here again. Recommend.

Best for price, area and cleanliness

Have stayed multiple times here and will continue to return. The staff are great, the hotel is continually upgraded and it is clean. The price is extremely reasonable and with all that going for it, why would one stay elsewhere?!!
