We had one night stay and had good stay. But loud singing noise from outside at night.

Slightly less than satisfactory.
I think the overall stay was less than satisfactory. The hot water for shower needs to run for around 10-15 min before it was ready. Cleanliness wise it was okay.

Cockroach in bathroom
Good furnishing in the room, but the carpet looks old with stains. Came back one evening to see a cockroach in the bathroom. The drainage at the showers is also slow, causing the water to slowly accumulate during the shower and drains off slowly afterwards. Hair accumulated at the drainage wasn't cleared for the duration of our stay. Staff couldn't understand English well but are very friendly. Room relatively large and comfortable with dressing table and good amenities like bottled water and hair dryer. Breakfast passable.

Good location but great service
Nice hotel, clean room but the service from the front desk was outstanding. I have to give May at the front desk so much credit for helping me save time and money in seeing the city. Overall, nice breakfast, had a drink at the rooftop bar and location not too far from the palace.

Ok for the money. Good staff.
Hotel room was a bit run down, mainly worn out carpet. Room and hotel in general were clean though. Breakfast wasn't so great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Decent location.

M3 = a decent hotel in the heart of Mandalay
Comfy Twin beds is what I mainly remember plus a small bar on the roof with views of an endless vista of apartments (with a small clock tower just visible below) Breakfast was outstanding - lots of variety and quick delivery of your eggs! The desk staff had no trouble rounding up very satisfactory taxis and guides on 20 minutes notice. All in all a fine and economical hotel in MANDALAY.

Very friendly and helpful staff.
The M3 has a really great in house restaurant with a wide range of tasty food. Staff are friendly and very helpful especially with booking taxis tours etc.

Great place to stay
Great hotel at a wonderful price in downtown Mandalay. The staff was very helpful even when there was some unusually request. I stayed for 3 weeks and felt at home.

non-smoking room but cigarette smoke wafted into bathroom from elsewhere. staff were very friendly and helpful. i was given a free room upgrade upon arrival due to slow season. 6th floor room had nice views of Mandalay Hill. the advertised rooftop bar did not exist but roof access allowed for impressive river and sunset views.

Ok Hotel
This is an ok hotel, nothing special but staff friendly and nice. First room we were given had clearly been used as a smoking room, there were no smoking signs, but there was also an ashtray in the room! Anyway we asked to change and was given another room which was nice. Breakfast had good choice of food. There are still signs up for their sky bar but when we went up nothing, just piled up chairs, I was told it was because of rainy season, think the hotel is missing a trick not making this into simple bar, as not many choices around.

Not bad, but room for improvement.
Clean and nice bedroom, responsive and polite staffs. Some of the light bulbs are faulty, called and they come fast to replace them. But this should be done before we check-in. Complimentary drinks available at the sitting area beside lobby. Not suitable for old folks or those who cannot walk properly. There are steps to climb before you reach the lobby, and you need to take another flight of steps before you reach the lift lobby.

Good hotel
Good hotel, a few nigles. The shower water runs along side of bath and all over the floor. But we were happt o stay here. They booked us a car for our trip to inle.

Great hotel, shame about the name!
When we booked this hotel for a decent price, and we saw the 3 star rating, we were not expecting a brilliant night. We stayed over new years eve 2015/2016. Mandalay was fun, a lot of fun, the highlight of our trip. And the hotel was just as impressive. The name is a little uninspiring, and in the UK, M3 is the name of a major highway, however I digress. The hotel stay was brilliant from start to finish. We were upgraded to a better room on check-in, which was lovely. Very clean, and in good condition, much better than the 3star billing. Air con worked well, bathroom was nice, room was well maintained, and tastefully decorated, and the staff couldn't help enough, so helpful. Breakfast was brilliant and very tasty. My wife had a thai massage at the hotel, which was very good, and value for money.

Great hotel in Mandalay
We loved our stay at this hotel. It was the best hotel we stayed at in Myanmar. The customer service was great, always greeted with a smile and a hello. Rooms were nice and clean and modern. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Such good value for what we paid especially compared to other places.

頼りになるスタッフに感謝
部屋の内装はやや古めかしい感じですが、とても清潔でした。大きな窓からの眺望が素晴らしく、快適に過ごすことができました。 バガン行きのミニバスの手配、一日観光用にチャーターしたタクシーの手配をスタッフの方がテキパキとしてくれました。 ホスピタリティ溢れるスタッフに感謝です。

위치는 좋아요. 배낭객들이 많이 찾는 곳들과도 가깝고. 스텝도 친절하고 현지인들이 더 좋아할만한 조식이지만 계란은 취항대로 부탁할수있어요. 건물은 낡고 오래됬어요.

アットホームな 優しいホテルです
チェックインした時 フロントでは小学生くらいの女の子2人とお母さんが居ました。 部屋に案内されたとき、その子たちが色紙で作った花びらで ベッドが飾ってありました。 どこを見ても細やかな心配りがあるホテルです

ホテルの雰囲気は中国というか、似てるな^と感じましたけど、気になりませんでした 外からロビーの間に階段があり、重い荷物を持つ大変ですが、ホテル側のスタッフが持たせてくれて助かりました

Not a good 3 star hotel
When we firstly entered the room it was strong odour of mould and dirty carpet. Moreover we had a few mozzies in the room later the night. After reporting we were given a mozzie spray to battle them. Not a good pleasant experience at all for a 3 star hotel. By the way we did killed the mozzies at the end.

Très bien, excellent rapport qualité/prix!
J'aprréhendais cet hôtel à cause de la devanture mais en fait, c'était très bien! Le service était super, ils s'occupent de tout, les superviseurs parlaient l'anglais, ce qui est un gros + dans ce pays pour être sûrs qu'ils aient bien compris. Les chambres étaient propres et la literie super, SDB avec baignoire, spa avec massage très agréable, petit déj bon et copieux. Le bar sur le toit est sympa mais pourrait être mieux entretenu et décoré. Excellent rapport qualité/prix.

2泊し、バガンに行った3日後に、再度1泊しました。ホテルクラークたちは皆さん私の依頼(両替、現地購入シムの設定方法、レストラン等)について丁寧に教えてくれました。また、再度の1泊は部屋をアップグレードしてくれました。とても気持ちが良かったです。また、ホテルの所在地も旧王宮の近くで市内を歩き回るに便利でした。

快適な滞在
お部屋は清潔で、設備も不足ありません。便利な環境の割には、騒音もないです。ただ窓のところに鳩の巣があり、ちょっと音や鳴き声がしました。 従業員の方は親切です。フロントで無料の自転車をレンタル出来て便利です。またバガンに行くバスチケットをフロントで取ってもらい、助かりました。(手数料とられましたが) 朝食も毎日少しずつ内容が変わります。モヒンガーなどミャンマー料理もありました。 ホテルの近くに両替屋やコンビニがありました。

清潔な部屋

Good Mandalay hotel
Good hotel in central location (although Mandalay does not really have a center...). The rooms are clean and spacious, bathrooms are a bit outdated. The breakfast buffet is basic but decent. The staff is friendly.

한국어를 구사할수 있는 직원이 상주하고 있어 더없이 편안한 여행이었습니다. 호텔에서 정보를 많이 얻을 수 있었고 객실이나 조식 등 모든것들이 가격대비 최상이었습니다! 정말 맘에 들었고 또 가게 된다면 다시 묵고 싶네요!
