The building has no soundproofing. We asked for a quieter room and were told there was nothing else. Reception told us the restaurant was open until 10pm. When we went at 7:00 they were packing up and told us it was closed. There is not much close by. The only problem was the room we stayed in must have been close to a generator or water pump so was making loud humming noises every 15 minutes. Would advice staying towards the front of the building. Although some of those rooms do not have any natural light as windows are blocked by the building next to the hotel. Typical breakfast where items that have been cooked are not kept warm so consequently are cold. Egg station does provide fresh cooked eggs. Westerners like their food to be hot. We did have to leave early for home due to illness. Hotel was clean and AC worked fine. Our room was large, comfortable and clean. The hotel is a bit dated, but well maintained. The included breakfast was delicious (egg station, plus fried rice, noodles, greens, salads, fruit, banana cake, toast, etc). It takes time to be trained to serve on efficiency and the supplied breakfast has room to improve on quality and quantity.
