Condition: needs Major TLC. Staff was fantastic. The hotel has good a location on a main street. The manager is only a few days in his new job and has much delayed maintenance to attend to. The room was MOLDY. An obvious older water leak from the second floor bathroom. It was not repaired properly but the new manager said that he would attend to it immediately. I was offered another room but I declined do to so because 'I hate to move after I'm settled'. Decent restaurant on premises. Despite checkin being at 2pm, the kind lady arranged for our room to be serviced and ready early for us which was appreciated. The room was large and comfortable. We also had fruit and sweets delivered to us.
