"They could be a little more accommodating with the small things. Like complimentary detergent for those who need to clean their clothes. But then again it’s Zürich. Also I did an early checkout but they charged me an additional fee which I didn’t like but whatever. Felt very safe. Very close to bus, tram and train stations. Made getting around very easy. It’s literally 1-2 stops from Zurich Hauptbahnhof. "

"It was an absolute delight to stay the night here. I looked at the reviews on Google and didn't agree with them at all. The hotel staff were polite, kind and helpful. Hotel location is quite convenient, located near supermarkets and the airport itself! The rooms were clean and had what we needed. If I am remembering right, Vlodimir greeted us, set us up in a lovely room and gave us all the info we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay here again if we're back in Zurich!"

"Easy access from central Zurich with the tram. Staff is very friendly. Room is not ready before 3:00 PM so plan accordingly. They get a lot of traveling agency bookings so they are not flexible with giving you room early. "
