This beautiful Villa with a stone façade, typical Mallorcan style, has a private salt-water swimming pool with dimensions of 4.5 m x 2 m and a depth of 1.60 m. The views from this area are impressive. Around the pool there are 6 sun loungers to rest and enjoy the sun. The property has two furnished porches, inviting you to celebrate evenings with your family and/or friends. The house also has a terrace with a ping pong table. This beautiful property is fenced and has no direct neighbours. The rooms are distributed on a single floor and 242 m2. Upon entering, you are welcomed by a cosy kitchen-lounge-dining room. In the kitchen area, with a glass hob, you have all the necessary utensils for cooking without any problems. In the dining lounge, adjoining the kitchen, you can watch satellite television, rest, or especially in winter, enjoy the warmth of the wood-burning stove. The house has three bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds each. This beautiful house has two bathrooms. The bedroom with a double bed has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Additionally, there is a bathroom with an independent bathtub.

The surroundings of the property are very pleasant and peaceful. Mancor de la Vall is a municipality located in the Tramuntana Mountains in Mallorca, so it has access to a large number of mountain excursions. In turn, this village is situated a short distance from Inca, one of the most important municipalities in Mallorca, due to its leather-making tradition and footwear industry. In Inca, the weekly market takes place every Thursday, which is very important and recognised throughout the island. Some of the coves you can visit are those located in the small villages of the Tramuntana Mountains, such as Estellencs, Banyalbufar, Deià, etc. If you prefer a white sand beach, you can visit the beaches in the Alcudia area, where you have access to a large number of water sports such as kitesurfing, windsurfing, jet skis and diving, among others.
