    At long last, a 6th room! Built brand new in 2026 to impeccable standards, this room's namesake Amoskeag Textiles was Manchester's largest employer when we launched in 1885. Note the caliber of your linens and flannels, once delivered by company heavies, ideal for a rejuvenating slumber and comfy stay.



    Welcome to the Ash Street Inn, New Hampshire’s premier boutique bed and breakfast in Manchester. Located minutes from downtown Manchester, NH’s largest city, and only 15 minutes from the airport, this urban inn combines 21st century amenities with all the beauty, grace and charm of an 1885 Victorian home.



    6 uniquely designed bright guestrooms with high ceilings and private, en-suite bathrooms provide a sense of elegance and comfort.



    The Space:

    No one will greet you at the door — and that's entirely by design. Ash Street Inn is fully self check-in, and management is not on site. Your door code and everything you need to arrive well lives in your guest portal, waiting for you well before you do.

    Breakfast:

    Your stay comes with Bees. Metal ones. Each Bee is worth $12 at The Honey Cup Café — our neighbors, and frankly some of the best coffee in town. One Bee per guest per night lands in your room at check-in. Bees & Breakfast. It's a Thing Now.



    Staff only , not for guest use:

    The kitchen, fridge, and laundry room keep your stay running. They're ours to manage — staff only, please.

    Three nights a week, Chef Nick Provencher opens his kitchen — and his table — to whoever's smart enough to show up.

    The Chef's Table at Ash is an unhurried thing: many courses, a couple of hours, neighbors close enough to pass the bread. The menu changes every week, because why would it not.

    $100. No gratuity expected. Bring wine (just wine, for now). A decanting station awaits it — and you.

    Reservations can be made via phone or open table.

    Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays only.



    Guest Access:

    A code will be provided to access the front door and the unit door.

    You’ll be just minutes from downtown Manchester, where you’ll find a vibrant mix of restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, and live entertainment. The property is also conveniently located about 15 minutes from Manchester-Boston Regional Airport, making travel easy for out-of-town guests.



    Getting Around:

    Served by Manchester Transit Authority (MTA) bus routes, with stops within walking distance.



    Other Things to Note:

    Payments collected by The Wanderlust Co. are secure. Your payment will be handled safely during your course of business with us. Payments are powered by Stripe, are Safe and Secure SSL-encrypted. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We only accept payments in U.S. currency.



    Rental Fee: 100% of the reservation will be charged to your payment method at booking confirmation.



    Security Deposit: For direct bookings only, an authorization hold (security deposit) of $125 will be placed on your payment method upon check-in. You won’t be charged, but the hold means that you won’t be able to access these funds until the hold is released. As long as no property damage occurs during your stay, we’ll initiate a release of the hold placed on your card 7 days after your checkout.



    Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check-in.



    Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check-in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.



    House Rules ($250 penalty fee per rule broken)
