Stunning Private Lakehouse with Dock and outdoor Hot Tub

  • Loonsong Lake House - A stunning and welcoming private family home in the perfect location! Right on Lake Cobbosseecontee in Manchester Maine, the house was hand built with traditional post and beam showing off a 3 story open cathedral ceiling and huge fieldstone double sided fireplace. Bald eagles, osprey soar over the lake during the day and loons echo their songs across the water at night. The primary bedroom is very separate, has a private bath and a walk out deck. Facing West, you'll enjoy beautiful sunsets from the outdoor Hot Tub. From the private dock is a great view of the historic 1908 "Ladies Delight Lighthouse", Maine's only inland water lighthouse. Canoe or kayak out to explore the island hiking trails or pack a lunch out to "Picnic Rock". The lake is a popular spot for fishing tournaments, guests have caught many fish right off the dock! Has a well equipped kitchen for cooking and a charcoal smoker grill in the yard. Check in / Check Out times may be flexible upon request fall/winter/spring. With a fire pit, hammock, and private swim raft you'll find the perfect place for friends and family to relax, refresh, and connect.
