Impeccably designed for a relaxing break away, you have plenty of space to chill out and unwind from your busy day/night. SLEEPING Bedroom One: 1 x King Bedroom Two : 1 x Double Bedroom Three : 1 x Double Comfortable beds are dressed in hotel-quality linen and feature storage to put your luggage and belongings away. BATHING 1x Bathroom Modern bathroom with shower, bath toilet and wash basin. The bathrooms have freshly laundered towels and bath mats provided. CHILLING Unwind in the bright open plan kitchen diner, or in the cosy living room featuring comfortable sofas and flatscreen TV. The living space is impeccably designed and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration in the city. EATING The state-of-the art kitchen fully equipped with kitchen hob, kettle, toaster, fridge/ freezer, plates, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils to create amazing dishes in your home away from home.. Dining table seats 6 Guests have access to the whole property. 24/7 check in via key safe. Access codes will be provided before your check in. My property management team will be available 24/7 via email or phone to provide anyassistance my guests may need. Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay. The local community-based Pass the Keys® team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard. Mid stay cleaning is available, please enquiry for prices and book at leat 24 hours in advance. Please note if you stay for longer than 1 month we would request at least one clean per month. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided.
