There is 1 bathroom (with shower & bathtub) on the first floor, 1 en-suite bathroom (with shower) to a second floor bedrooms, 1 downstairs WC, a modern fully-fitted kitchen with dining area, with washing machine, and a large first floor lounge. The Kitchen/Dining area has doors to a small paved patio and lawned garden. Getting Around: There are bus stops for services direct to the city centre within walking distance, providing convenient access to various attractions and areas of Manchester. The Etihad Stadium is a 15-minute walk, making it ideal for football fans. The Co-op Live Arena is a 23-minute walk or a short taxi ride away. Manchester Airport is approximately a 20-minute drive. Holt Town Metrolink station is a \~15 minute walk away, but it's quicker to get a taxi then walk to get the tram into the city centre.
