Rented for annual retired guys' weekend for the races at Epping. House was clean and super convenient off the highway and to grocery store. Could use a few more kitchen items like cooking tongs and mixing bowls, but otherwise, well stocked. Great water pressure (unlike some we've rented in the past). Easy commute to Epping - highway all the way. Carrying luggage and bags up the front steps would have been tough but fortunately access thru the garage made it much easier! Wish we'd remembered to bring a couple movies to try out the theatre room! Juan was very responsive and it couldn't have worked out better!
