The hallway and rooms smelled awful. It was extremely pungent. The AC smelled horrible so we turned that off and the smell was worse. Would not recommend this hotel at all. I requested a refund and found a different property for my stay.

When I booked this property, it said it included breakfast. When we arrived and after we checked in (prepaid) we were told they no longer offer breakfast. This cost us $100 extra as we had 3 rooms and had to go out for breakfast. They also took out all the cooking utensils and plates but offered to sell them for $39.99 and 19.99 respectifally. If we wanted new towels second day, we had to bring the dirty ones to the front desk and pay $1.75 each. Where as front desk only open 9am-10 pm and we left before 9 and came back after 10, couldn't get towels anyway. Bathroom had no shampoo only 2 bars of soap, 2 bath towels and 2 washclothes. No hand towels or tissues. This hotel has less basics than any hotel I have stayed at in my 65 years.

Television did not work. Absolutely no coffee anywhere especially in lobby. No complimentary toiletries. No continental breakfast which is a shock for an extended stay hotel. Individual police parking spot? Why??

Very dated and tired accommodation. Didn’t realise people stayed here long term and felt unsafe being eye-balled by other residents. Unmanned desk between 10pm and 9am. Was a bit noisy at night.

Front desk guy was so nice, friendly & helpful. But the hotel is very outdated and smells funky. The room smelled like old food & pets-so much so that I had to open the window for a while. However the room was super clean and quiet.

Generally clean room, functioning bathroom, easy to navigate halls and amenities. They did try to charge for extra towels when the email that comes after you book clearly states extra towels are free of charge.

When we arrived it was o obvious by a cigarette in the toilet in the bathroom of the room we were staying in that somebody had been smoking in a non-smoking room, and it had not been cleaned the toilet and would not flush. When brought to the manager on duty‘s attention, he was very apologetic and very good at working with us to try to make amends. It felt like this was a place where they were a lot of long term stay people, and also very noisy even after midnight.

Check in was easy. Front desk courteous. Main halls aged. Room was an efficiency. Not needed. Kitchenette filthy, outside of refrigerator spattered with rust/stains. Queen bed, linens too small for bed. Mattress felt like cardboard. In general dingy.

My car was broken i to overnight in their parking area. Signs posted outside about not being responsible for loss or damage. But the staff attitude very poor. "You can call the police". Not once did they even offer basics in order to clean up all the broken glass or any other helpful gesture.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. For an extended stay hotel there was not a spoon, bowl,coffemaker or hair conditioner to be found. The only amenities here was shampoo and soap. I have stayed in way less expensive hotels, even motels that paid more attention to their guests needs.

I felt mislead about the free breakfast. I was happy to be on the first floor with my dog. I was shocked that after spending $240 on a hotel room I had no access to ice. I was told I could fill my ice trays in my freezer, but that didn't help me on an overnight stay.

This room was a disappointment. Compared with the previous night about 100 miles away, this room cost the same but was in worse condition. It had a stale cooking smell. The carpet is frayed, the paint chipped in places, the heater wouldn’t work right. The outlet in the bathroom doesn’t work so the wall-mounted hair dryer didn’t work. They brought portable hairdryer that worked as long as you held the plug in the outlet. The grab and go breakfast had three options - chocolate mini muffins, granola bars, and instant oatmeal packages. There were no bowls or milk, though. Staff was nice and helpful but the hotel leaves a lot to be desired.

The floor was sticky and slippery like it had a coating on it. The fridge was rusty on the front and the stove top was disgusting. The tv remote did not work. The bathroom sink was clogged and slow to drain. The light next to one bed didn’t work. The beds were fine and we were only there for one night but you definitely get what you pay for.
