Very clean and nice accommodation with plenty for children to do. Spacious with good food selection and several restaurants. The staff is helpful and responsive. Excellent selection of swimming pools if you do not fancy the rocky beach. It was sometimes difficult to find a clean table at peak meal times and wild roosters roam the property and a mosque is near with morning prayer calls, so if you don't fancy an early wake-up call from either, then perhaps worth staying elsewhere.

Even property rated as 5 star, which really not. Maybe 15 years ago it was a 5 star, but not today. 2 times when we stayed we had power outage and that's mean no AC during heat 33C. If you expect everyone on reception can speak english, dont :) Overall personal is welcoming.

This was more of a 4 star than a 5 star hotel. Very disappointing. Most of the staff spoke no English which was very hard. The beach was stony rather than sandy which nade getting in very painful. Food selection extremely poor and dinner was very short time frame which meant it was incredibly busy and difficult to find a table. Glad we werr only there for a week. Would not recommend.

The hotel was located by sea, that was fascinating. However it was one and a half hour distant to Antalya airport. Meals were not that much good. It took an hour us to check-in. Not feeling so relaxed and special after our stay.

Terrible Service, Rude Staff, Avoid!
Lots of issues with this Resort. We get there at 2 PM to check-in as listed, Reception says that it will take time to find rooms as they are busy and didn't have time to prepare our rooms (booked 6 weeks in advance), we wait til 6 PM for our rooms, 4 hours after check in time. The rooms are not what is pictured on the Expedia site, they resemble a 2 star motel room at best. They are outdated and dirty. Again, our complaints were not taken care of, and we were ignored by the resort staff. Staff is extremely rude to anyone that speaks English to them. Dining options are a lie, you are allowed access to the buffet and snack bar, all other restaurants have a fee (we were allowed one restaurant during our stay). Lights and air conditioning in the dining hall are turned off at the end of each meal as to push out guests, food starts getting removed a half hour before the meal end time. Most activities have a charge. Absolutely horrible service.

Great Hotel. Loved every moment.
Everything here was perfect. Friendly staff, Good food, facilities were taken care of well. Beautiful gardens and endless amounts of pools, not to mention instant beach access. Free drinks and alcohol every hour of the day. Only downside is that the maids stole an important towel my friend had and also our second key.

Wat problemen bij het inchecken, we moesten bijbetalen voor onze kinderen, terwijl we juist een 4 persoonkamer boeken en er van uit gaan dat worst afgerekend voor een kamer, maar dat is dus per persoon hier. maar daarna verliep alles wel goed.

Территория огромная с большим количеством зелени, различных насаждений, в т.ч. лимоны, апельсины, мандарины, гранаты и прочее..., множество различных открытых и закрытых зон, в т.ч. 16+ (зоны куда с детьми вход воспрещен): игровые, развлекательные, спортивные, бары, снэки, рестораны... WiFi хорошо работает практически на всей территории, включая пляж Из минусов - плохо помытая посуда. Найти чистую тарелку или стакан с первого раз не так уж просто. Ну и чистота в номере: в целом нормально, но если заглянуть "под кровать и т.п." такое ощущение, что там не убирали никогда. В этом году были в этом отеле уже 2 раза и поехали бы еще!

La struttura è composta da villette immerse in un parco, all'interno di ognuna delle quali ci sono, su due piani, 8 stanze. le stanze, pur non essendo grandissime, sono adatte ad una famiglia di tre persone e sono dotate di terrazzino. Tutto è davvero molto pulito e curato. . il buffet è ricco e molto generoso.

스포츠선수에게만 좋은 호텔
The hotel is very bad. 테니스선수들을 위해 존재하는 호텔. 유도대회로 선수들만 바글바글함.. 직원들은 불친절. Ths staffs are unfriendly, no smiling. 예약한대로 침대가 준비되지 않아 한시간 지체됨. 영화상영도 시간 안내는 있었으나 상영되지 않음. 클럽도 사람이 없어서 운햄 차질. 볼링장은 중지! 수영장 물은 차가워서 30분이상 수영 못함. 하맘은 숨이 턱 막히는 공기. 식사는 계속 같은 메뉴... 좋았던 점은 드넓은 정원 풍경~

Harika bir otel yeşillikler içinde kuş sesleriyle uyanmak çok dinlendirici. Bölgenin havası çok temiz. Hizmet çok iyi.

Otel çok iyi özellikle hizmeti ve çalışanları çok iyiydi.. Golf hizmeti de vardı ve hocası(volkan bey) golf sporunu sevdirmek için baya çaba sarfetti

Çok kalabalık olmasına rağmen hizmet anlamında çok başarılı , çalışanlarının güler yüzlüydü, aile arkadaş vs her anlamda gidilebilir bir otel rahatsız edici hiç bir durum ile karşılaşmadık. İlk yardım anlamındada gayet hızlı tüm güvenlik önlemi düşünülmüş , çocuğunuzla bile gönül rahatlığıyla gidebilirsiniz onlar için düşünülmüş havuz mevcut birden fazla ve sürekli gözlemleniyor kolluksuz hiç bir çocuğun havuza girmesine izin verilmiyor tek başına , yeme içme konusunda her an herşeyi bulabiliyorsunuz. Eğlence anlamında her gün belli saatlerde animasyon gösterileri oyunlar yarışmalar ve gece konser parti dans gösterileri mevcut sıkılmadan eğlenceli vakit geçirebileceğiniz bir otel bizde gitmeden acabalarımız çoktu ama yorumlar içimizi rahatlatmıştı o yüzden böyle uzun uzun anlatmak istedik iyi tatillet şimdiden herkese :)
