Dieses Hotel in Side war eine absolute katastrophale Enttäuschung. Die Zimmer sind schmutzige Löcher, von Boden bis Bettwäsche. Ein unerträglicher Geruch von Zigarettenrauch durchzieht alle Räume. Der Kühlschrank verströmt einen fauligen Geruch. Dazu kommt, dass das Wasser aus der Dusche nur kalt ist, da es lediglich durch Solarenergie erwärmt wird. Es fehlt an grundlegenden Annehmlichkeiten wie Lichtschaltern am Bett, und das gesamte Zimmer hat nur eine Steckdose. Das Restaurant gleicht im November eher einem Kühlschrank als einem gemütlichen Ort. Das Frühstück ist eintönig, wiederholt sich täglich. Das Personal, anfangs bemüht freundlich, entpuppt sich als inkompetent und wenig hilfreich. Zum Glück konnte ich nach zwei Tagen auschecken, auch wenn ich nur die Hälfte meines Geldes zurückbekam. Diese Erfahrung war eine der schlechtesten meiner Reisen.

Medewerker die ons verwelkomde (nachtdienst) was zeer vriendelijk, hij checkte ons in en bood direct iets te drinken. Hij hielp ook met de koffers en duidelijke uitleg kamer/ontbijt. Medewerker van de ochtend was minder.

Personal sehr unfreundlich. Zimmer sehr schmutzig und klein. Es erfolgt keine Zimmerreinigung. Der junge Mann an der Rezeption ist sehr unfreundlich, wenn man auf die Mängel hinweist. Der einzig nette und freundliche Mitarbeiter ist Gazi Bey

THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN!!!
This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. And fortunately for me and my family is was only for one night which was more than enough for us. The hotel from the outside looks fine. But as soon as you enter the rooms is is a whole different world. The rooms were disgusting, the floor wasn’t clean, the bedsheets were smelly and had even stains on them which looked like sperm. And even when I had them changed they still had the same smell. So STAY AWAY if you don’t wanna get disappointed. I don’t understand how this hotel can get so many high ratings.There must be something totally wrong or those guests haven’t stayed at the same hotel. I think hotels.com must look into this so other guests like me doesn’t get deceived.

Neyseki Bir Gece Kaldık
44 C sıcaklık varken çatı katındaki oda dahada ısınmıştı.Klima önceden çalıştırılmadığı için uzun süre etkili olmadı.Minibara enerji gelmediği için çalışmıyordu.4.katlı olmasına rağmen asansör yoktu.Balkon olmaması bir otel için eksiklik.Check out sırasında daha sıcak uğurlama olabilirdi.

Die Rezeption und Empfang war zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren ok, die Duschkabine riesig und sauber. Das Frühstück war auch reichlich und liebevoll angerichtet. Wir Abends war alles zu Fuß gut erreichbar.

Muy bueno y recomendable.
Muy bueno, excelentes habitaciones, comodas, y su personal amable y simpatico. Cerca de la playa y ciudad antigua. Recomendable. Viajamos en familia y lo pasamos muy bien todo. Desayuno muy delicioso.

Zimmer klein, ohne Steckdose nicht zu empfehlen
Weil unsere Flugplan sich geändert hat, waren wir für eine Nacht dort. Zimmer war winzig klein, mit mühe kann man in das Zimmer rein und raus. Es gab im nur ein Steckdose in der Zimmer und dies ist die Steckdose für das Fernseher. Also um Handy aufzuladen muss man den Stecker vom Fernseher abziehen. Im Bad und Bett waren überall Haare und die Handtücher hatten Pflecken drauf, haben daher dort noch nicht mal duschen können!!!

Otel günü birlik konaklama için kullanılabilir. Odalar çok küçük ve dar çevreden söylendiğine göre daha önce apartmanmış asansör yok 4. Kata merdivenlerden yürüyerek valiz çıkarttık yardımcı olan kimse olmadı asansörsüz bir otele nasıl otel ruhsatı alabildiler şaşırdık. Duş başlığı arızalıydı buzdolabı çalışmıyordu yatak başlarında priz yoktu 1 gecelik konaklama yapılabilir aile ile kalınabilecek bir yer değil.

Unser Aufenthalt war insgesamt Ok. Die ersten 3 Tage, wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt, trotz mehrfacher Anfrage. Danach wurde uns schlussendlich ein anderes Zimmer zugeteilt, welches kleiner war. Das inbegriffene Frühstück, ist sehr mager. Keine Butter, Früchte und leider nur instanz Kaffee. Der Besitzer könnte etwas offenherziger sein und die Gäste grüssen. Einen Flughafentransfer, bieten sie nicht an. Das Hotel hat erst vor 2Wochen eröffnet, wie wir im Nachhinein erfahren haben.
