Huzurlu tatil

Otel hakkında gereksiz kötü yorumlar yapıldığını gidince test etmiş oldum. Kötü yorum yapanlar bu oteli beş yıldızlı otellere karşılaştırıyor helhalde. Otel kafa dinlemek için uygun, çılgınca eğlenmek isteyenler yüksek beklentisi olanlar hayal kırıklığı yaşaması normaldir. Akşamları animasyon, dans gösterileri yapıldı fakat ben ve ailem katılmadık. Denize mesafesi 400 m civarında, sahilde özel yeri var. Sezon sonu olduğu için sadece içecek ve gözleme hizmeti oldu fakat daha önce yemek vs servisinin de yapıldığını gösteren techizata ve donanıma sahip. Denizi kum ve çok temizdi. Temizlik konusunda isteklerimiz hemen yerine getirildi. Hergün çeşit çeşit et balık beklemeyin 3-4 günlük tatilde balık kızartması ve et çıktı, tavuk menüsü daha fazlaydı. Vejetaryen menüsü, sebze, meyve ve tatlılar sayesinde hiç kimsenin aç kalması söz konusu değildir.

Eylül ayının ilk haftası oradaydık. Geceliği 5 bin küsür bişeye kaldık ben eşim ve 2 yaşındaki kızım. Ama sunulan hizmet sanki “e çok ucuz olacak o kadar” cinsindendi. Aynı ücret bandında çoook daha iyi hizmet veren oteller eminim vardır. Keşke daha çok araştırsaydım yol üzeri bu otele geçmiş bulunduk. Benim açımdan en önemli şey temizlikti. Temizlik berbat. Oda, restoran, çevre temizliği çok kötü. Yataklarda alez yok, havlu yoktu biz talep ettik. Gelen havlularda deterjan kokusu yok, başka odadan getirmediklerinden emin olamadım. Temizlik şefinin sabrettiği cümle” burası otel ev temizliği beklemeyin”. Aksine evden temiz olması gerekir o odayı binlerce insan kullanıyor çok daha iyi desenfekte edilmesi gerekir herşeyin, her yerin. Restoranda yerlere yemekler dökülüyor çalışanlar görüp silene kadar rezalet oluyor her yer. Masayı sildiklerini zannediyorlar sandalyeler Allah’a emanet. Restoranda yerleri süpüren gözlüklü hapishane kaçkını tipli bir personel var. Beni çok tedirgin etti. Orada olmaması gerekiyor o adamın. Yemekler lezzetsiz, çeşit yok. Izgarada pişen yemekler hep yanıktı. Simsiyah. Ezcümle sanırım otel el değiştiriyor. Belki gelecek yıl denenebilir.
