5 stars customer service, they did their best to accommodate us. The room we reserved smelled bad due to water not being run and they gave us a different one right away. The jacuzzi was working but wasn't cleaned, perhaps they didnt have anyone using it in a while. The location is great close to the center of san juan.

The property was clean, and housekeeping was very efficient. Staffs for the most part were courteus, but not very friendly except for one person. The pool and beach were beautiful.
