(50 reviews) After being buzzed into the hotel we waited over 20 minutes for staff to join us in the lobby to check us in. Unfortunately there was no key card entry. Anyone coming in to the hotel had to ring the doorbell and wait for staff to buzz you in. Otherwise friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room with a sitting area but TV only in bedroom. So we never used the sitting room. Hotel located within walking distance of Old San Juan. Fifteen minute walk to Plaza de la Colon. Expedia asked us to rate the breakfast but we were not offered breakfast nor did we see a place in the hotel for breakfast.
