Great little property. They have hotels next door part of the same company, great little store down the street that has everything down the street.

Place was very nice to us felt like home

I like how the hotel is set up its is very romantic and couples friendly. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. My one complaint is that the bell boys did not do their job at all, I can count on my hand the number of times the door was opened for me and my wife with 4 guys standing outside on their phones. I was a vip customer but did not recieve that treatment at all times.

Excellent place to stay. Clean, modern and convenient.

The rooms are spacious and double sinks in the bathroom are such a luxury! I had a corner room (#1565) and the water pressure in the shower was ridiculously low. It took me so long to wash my hair. I wish the room had a microwave. If you stay here during the weekdays, don't expect to be entertained. There's not a lot to do. You should plan your own tours outside the hotel. The beachfront was closed due to sargassum so we could not swim in the ocean, but it's not the hotel's fault. I will say the staff is super nice and polite. They accommodated all of my special requests. Shout out to Patricia and Jose at the front desk! Thank you for making our stay pleasant. If you go to Nectar for breakfast, ask not to be seated at Orlando's section. He will watch you type in a tip amount and is not nice to you if you don't tip an outrageous amount. Very rude!
