Everything that was within their control was amazing! They were all very helpful with giving us information about possible things to do, where to eat and with issues that we had with the water situation that they are having in Puerto Rico. I would definitely stay there again in a different occasion.

"Staff was very helpful with all my requests. The room had all the space i needed for my clothes. The bathroom needed some hand towels. Had difficulty the first night with the parking logistics. The main entrance was chained. Had to park through the back. It was dark and not easy to find the entrance. ..."
