"My family loved staying here. It is in the most iconic, quaint charming place we could possibly stay in Cinque Terre with the most spectacular views. The photos don’t even come close to doing it justice. I’ve already recommended it to all my friends. Note, like most of Cinque Terre, be prepared for stairs, lots and lots of stairs to get here, and ladders. Of course, this is part of the charm we fell in love with."

"The view of the ocean was stunning, the gardens were lush and peaceful and away from the crowds, but only a 8 min walk into town, we could cook and eat out easily. It also had parking!There is a winding staircase to the bedrooms but it was fine for us! Loved staying there and Luigi was a wonderful host!"

"Great location that was less than 10 min walk from La Spezia Central Station. Elisa provided great directions and restaurant suggestions and was very helpful but also left you alone to enjoy the place. There were 8 of us that could easily stay in the main villa and upstairs. Air conditioning worked great and kitchen, bathrooms and washer were great (we did a few clothes washes and hung them over night and most were dry in morning). Nice outside patio with lemon trees. "Trés bien située pour explorer les cinq terres et la région de Lerrici. Anna Lisa est vraiment exceptionnelle : gentillesse et disponible. C'est une magnifique maison ou il fait bon vivre à l'italienne. Le bémol est de dire que la piscine fait 5m sur 3m, je pense qu'elle est bien plus petite.Cela vient de l'annonce (pas d'anna lisa)."

"Our group vacation was to reconnect five lifelong girlfriends. We brought our friends and families together too and the trip was magical. The villa is even more gorgeous in person. The landscaping, replete with natural beauty, is comfortable and inviting- flowers, herb and vegetable gardens, grape vines, and ponds with fish and frogs. "Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Villa Carlotta. Das Haus ist riesig und der Garten darum herum gigantisch. Das Haus ist voll eingerichtet, quasi so, als wenn der Besitzer gerade verreist wäre. Besonders die ganz kleinen muss man daher im Auge behalten. Freunde der historischen Bausubstanz kommen voll auf ihre Kosten. "
