They really go an extra mile to make your stay a comfortable one. Shiva, Arvind, Vishal and the Kitchen service staff were really amazing. Even the housekeeping staff. They wear a amile always and that's what you want to see in their face too. The place is relatively new and clean. Food was amazing too! It’s a bit far from Manali in Shuru. The room has centralized thermostat for temperature that works really well. The food was amazing and food service was amazing. Food quantity was amazing (I’d suggest order half of whatever you want. It’d be sufficient.) However, when we checked in, the linen was dirty and drinking water was not provided. We had to call multiple times. They do claim to have hot running water but it’s lightly lukewarm water. So light that it turns cold by the time the water droplets reach you from the shower head. This place was listed as 4 star but I really don’t think it deserves more than 3 stars. Our room had visible dust on the floor and surfaces, there were other hotels immediately adjacent on both sides, the “do not disturb” setting seemed to have no effect on the doorbell as we were awakened by teenage pranksters and a mistaken room service boy, and the kitchen called us 2 nights in a row to ask if we wanted dinner.
