Disliked: Cleanliness
The room was not properly cleaned during my stay, and it was obvious that cleanliness was not a priority. For a hotel that advertises itself as a luxury property, I expected much better attention to detail. A clean room is the most basic expectation when staying at any hotel. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet that standard. I hope management improves their housekeeping service because the lack of cleanliness really affected my stay.

Everything was wonderful. There is a mall across the street within walking distance. The food is great at the restaurants. The breakfast buffet has a lot to offer. The pool was nice and so was the lounge area around it. I had two massages from Yadira that were the best. I had intended to only get one, but after the first, I had to get a second before heading home. If I come back to Managua, I will definitely stay here again. It was a very nice a relaxing trip.

Very good location, clean room, easy check in / check out, but with one issued while walking in the hallway on my way to the bar one of the security ask me if I was a guest there and felt kind discriminated lucky the front lady who saw me check in was passing by and she apologized. Need to be more careful and not to judge just because of apparence.
