A very nice hotel just outside Moyogalpa on Ometepe. It's a very nice property with large comfortable and clean rooms. There was a choice of breakfasts and all the meals were very good. Unfortunately the pool was not available during our stay and we were not aware of this when we booked. English is very limited there but we enjoyed our stay there even without the pool. Loved Ometepe and would stay here again.

Stayed for four nights while in Granada. It's a nice quiet small hotel one block from the plaza. The room was large and very comfortable. Breakfasts were great and tried the dinner in the restaurant one evening which was also very good. The staff were pleasant and helpful when asked. Would stay again

On arrival, the pool was completely empty and being painted. We were not informed before travelling, even though staff admitted it had already been closed for two days. That means they knowingly allowed guests to arrive without telling them the hotel’s main advertised feature was unavailable. This was clearly planned painting, not a sudden emergency. Despite this, management refused a refund or the option to cancel and stay elsewhere. They offered use of a sister hotel’s pool (a drive away), but when we tried to go we were told no taxis were available. So the “alternative” they insisted was sufficient was not actually usable. The most unacceptable part: the painting was taking place directly outside our room. I explained clearly that I am highly allergic to paint fumes and can require hospital treatment. I was told — after they spoke to the owner/manager — that if we stayed, they would stop the painting during our stay. That was not true. It was a lie. The next morning the painting resumed and the air was filled with strong fumes. I was effectively trapped in our room for hours trying to avoid a severe allergic reaction. This was not just poor service — it was dishonest and reckless. Management showed no accountability, no genuine concern, and no willingness to resolve the situation properly. Instead, they misled us, refused a fair solution, and broke a direct promise relating to a serious health issue. Also, there was a monkey in an inhumanely tiny rusty cage - so sad

Ligger väldigt fint till med utsikt mot vulkanerna. Hela hotellområdet är fint med många träd, växter och pool, men skicket är lite sådär. Många insekter, så är svårt att hålla rent. Lyhört och svårt att få mörkt i rummet. Dock var rummet stort och sängen mycket skön.

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at the hotel. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman that does the food and beverage service in the pool area. We rented a side-by-side quad one day to explore, even though we had a car. Lots of fun.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing time at your property , beautiful, great place to visit, staff were vey cordial and professional. i would like to suggest to invest a bit of money in changing trash cans in bedrooms as this are vey old , dirty and corroded and cover in rust and it takes away the beauties of your property. This was a last minute hotel for us. The staff was great, room was spacious, and the grounds were amazing. The volcano view from our room was breathtaking. Definitely an all around great find and we will be staying here again next time we are on the island of Ometepe.

Nos recibieron con mucha amabilidad y cariño. Junior, Norlan y Enzo fueron excepcionales con los adultos mayores. El servicio cuando viajas con niños y adultos mayores es importantísimo. Dormimos riquísimo, las camas maravillosas. Lo único que pueden mejorar es el internet en algunas de las habitaciones. Nos encantó y queremos regresar!

I didn’t have water the whole afternoon until late night and the next morning I was taking a shower and the water gone I have get out of the shower with soap and start yelling to anyone to help me and after 2 hours they fixed by the time I have to check out. They need Staff and a phone in the room to connect it to the office to get help

I was charged an additional $30 at the property for my two children. The hotel room was not worth that much...We booked with Family because of the pool. However, the pool was out of service for 3 days and they didnt inform us beforehand. They did offer we stay at another hotel with pool but less fancy. The AC in the room was dripping so we had to be changed to another room. No one is eeeever at the front desk so it takes for ever for your issues to be solved. The only saving grace was the breakfast and some of tbe staff. Would NOT recommend.
