"Overall Rating: 3/5 Mixed Experience – Great Food, but Housekeeping & Maintenance Need Work I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed overall experience. While certain aspects of our stay were wonderful, several operational issues detracted from what could have been a much better vacation. The Pros: Dining & Restaurant: The main restaurant was excellent. The food quality for main meals was top-notch, well-prepared, and delicious. Compliments to the culinary team! Amenities: The general hotel facilities and amenities were great and added a lot of value to our downtime. The Cons: Housekeeping & Pest Issues: On a couple of occasions, housekeeping missed cleaning our room entirely. More concerningly, we experienced an ant infestation in our room, which definitely affected our comfort. Wi-Fi / Internet: The Wi-Fi connection was very unreliable throughout our stay, frequently dropping signal. Snacks & Drinks: While the main restaurant meals were outstanding, the snack bar menu was only average. Additionally, the quality of the alcoholic beverages was disappointing and fell below expected standards. Verdict: The hotel has strong potential thanks to its fantastic dining and great amenities, but management needs to address housekeeping consistency, pest control, Wi-Fi reliability, and drink quality to deliver a truly high-end experience."

"The staff was super friendly and helpful. Location was fantastic and a 5 minute walk to the Dragon Caves. Walking distance to anything you need. Rooms were very clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of variety. Would definitely go back"

"ICON Valparaíso provided an absolute dream experience for our honeymoon in Mallorca. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and attentiveness of the team set the tone for an incredible trip. Hospitality & Service Isabel gave us the warmest welcome, greeting us with a glass of cava after our late arrival. Realizing we hadn't eaten, she went above and beyond by calling several local restaurants to check availability. Walking into our room we found another bottle of cava alongside a sweet personalized note was such a thoughtful touch. Throughout our stay, Sebastian was another standout staff member, offering fantastic local recommendations that enhanced our itinerary. The entire service team was consistently kind, friendly, and helpful. Room & Amenities Our Standard Double Room with Sea View offered breathtaking coastal vistas, a theme that carried throughout the entire property you truly get a great view from virtually every corner of the hotel. Pool & Terrace: The pool and lounge area never felt overcrowded, offering a serene atmosphere to relax. Ordering refreshments was effortless using the QR codes on the sun lounger tables the poke bowls were fresh and delicious, and the sangria pitchers were exceptional. Cala Access: A short, easy walk leads right down to the local cala. The outdoor shower on the way back up to the hotel terrace was a super convenient detail for rinsing off. Dining: Breakfast each morning offered fantastic variety and quality alongside breathtaking views"

"The room was clean and bright and well cleaned regularly. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The beach is so close to the hotel. The restaurant was superb for breakfast and dinner with great views out to the bay."

"An absolutely unforgettable stay! By far the best hotel experience we've ever had, everything from the beautiful building, amenities, food and the incredible staff. Our room was even better than we imagined and every detail was thought of, the little welcome snacks and wine in the room were a lovely touch. The pool and lounge areas were perfect and the golf course was stunning - and challenging! Food at La Terazza restaurant was incredible and such beautiful views. The locations was perfect for us, just a €10 taxi ride to Manacor, with great bus options to Porto Cristo. One thing I have to shout about is the incredible staff at La Reserva. We were celebrating my husband's 30th birthday and they did absolutely everything to make it the most special time, we are beyond grateful and will always remember their kindness and thoughtfulness. A big thank you to Llorenç as well for helping us so much with taxis and making the whole trip stress-free. Muchos gracias La Reserva, we will absolutely be back ❤️"

"This hotel was incredibly stunning. The property was beautiful and well kept, close to Porto Cristo and amazing beach coves. The hotel was very quiet, even at full capacity, it hardly felt like anyone was there it was very relaxing. A car rental is necessary as taxis are available but not many of them. Food was amazing and staff were all lovely."
