The hospitality was over the 'moon', so to speak. Mr. Graves and his team were very attentive and proactively conducted 'touch points' checking in often to make sure that the guests had everything managed appropriately to ensure the best experience possible. Disney calls that 'brand management' through anticipating and over managing the needs of guests. Mr. Graves announced new and exciting features coming in the future.
