This unit is centrally located only minutes from Old Mammoth, nestled against part of Sierra Star Golf Course. A short walk across the street takes you to the Shuttle Stop. The shuttle connects you to all of Mammoth. The shuttle provides services to the Village (with Gondola service to Canyon Lodge), or the Main Lodge for skiing and snowboarding, hiking or mountain biking. In addition, Juniper Springs Resort is a mile away. This is a three-level town home with the entrance on the first floor and sleeps up to 8. Entry level: Master bedroom has a California King bed with private vanity and sink area, shared bathroom and the second bedroom has a queen bed. Second level: Open living room, dining area and kitchen with a second bathroom/shower. The living area has two (2) sofas and two (2) relaxing chairs. The third floor is the loft (with a bunk bed and a queen sofa bed). This unit has a balcony and approximately 1500 sq. ft. of living space. The living room has a nice wall mounted flat screen 46-inch television and a DVD player. In addition, the unit includes a BOSE Soundtouch 10 speaker that allows guests to listen to their music through their smartphone. There are also TVs in the master bedroom and loft. This property has some beautiful remodeled features. The kitchen has beautiful granite counters, updated appliances and modern fixtures. The second floor living area has new wood floors, beautiful new and improved lighting and new ceiling fans and blinds. Internet is provided as a complimentary amenity. The unit includes a wood burning fireplace and electric wall heaters There are two outside parking spaces available, spa, seasonal/ summer swimming pool, and a sauna.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It had all the amenities we needed. The location to the mountain was super close and right on the red line bus route. Our trip ended with an unexpected snowfall, so we couldn’t ask for more.
We had a great winter stay in this Mammoth townhouse. There is lots of space inside for a family to spread out, and it’s nice to have a wood burning stove. The property is located in town close to restaurants, grocery stores, and other shops. We drove to the lodge to ski, but there also is shuttle service to the slopes that picks up nearby. The host was quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be coming back.
Very nice and spacious living area. Beds and pillows were on the firm side, but that's a personal preference. We haven't used the fireplace but it's a nice option to have a real wood-fired fireplace in the winter. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Convenient ski locker on the ground level for easy loading/unloading to the car. Few minutes to Mammoth Mountain by car or shuttle.

Great location to Red Line shuttle, Condo was clean and well appointed. Everything in good working condition. Owner is helpful. Parking is outside first come first served. Had no issues parking right in front of condo for the entire duration of stay (4 nights). We are a family of four with two teens, there was plenty of space for us. If the kids each brought a friend the unit could easily accommodate 6. Great for families, highly recommend staying.

The house was in pristine condition, all appliances worked as intended, heating worked perfectly. Everything with the house and in the house contributed to our happy-smooth family skiing vacation.
Really nice condo! Very cozy and comfortable place with lots of soft blankets my kids loved. The condo was close to the Shuttle stop which was convenient when the road was icy for driving. Owner was very helpful and put on the heat before we arrived which was greatly appreciated. Having a ski locker at the condo was also a nice perk. Overall my family with two sons (age 7 and 12) had a great time at this spot and would stay here again.

We had a very nice stay at this property. Homeowner was easy to communicate with and the condo was as advertised. Kitchen was well stocked, wifi was good, and TV in the family room was great for watching the final 4. All in all, a great weekend.
We love these units and this one was great. Very clean and nice decor. Great communication with owner. Would definitely stay again. Don't recommend for older guests as the wood floor is slippery.
