The property is well maintained with a snowplow coming by in the AM to clear the snow build-up in the driveway. There are two lengthy indoor garage spots. I was able to park my Tesla X with rear bike rack and ski/snowboard attachment without any problems. The owners had preheated the house prior to our arrival (nice touch) so it was cozy when we entered. The house, a relatively new build, itself is very clean and roomy with three bedrooms and a loft. One bedroom has two sets of bunks that are ideal for kids, as is the loft. The master bedroom I slept in had a comfortable mattress and blankets. Hot water was not a problem for the bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked, they had a good collection of pots, pans, dishes and utensils. We cooked three or four meals and had all the items we needed. Gas stove was a plus! Location wise, was great as it's right next to the Mammoth shuttle pick-up and drop-off on Main. You could also walk to Canyon Village but it's about a half mile.
