This unit is just a 4 minute walk to the village with shops, restaurants, coffee and access to the Village Gondola. You can't beat this central location, this is a perfect Mountain getaway, and you can bring Fido! This two bedroom, 3 bathroom offers a split level floorplan that is perfect for entertaining. On the upper level the fully renovated kitchen provides stone countertops, stainless appliances and is fully stocked for you to cook like a pro. The kitchen opens out to an open concept living room, lots of natural daylight and high ceilings. The kitchen island offers bar seating for 4, while the large comfortable sectional offers seating for the whole group to gather in the living room around the large flatscreen smart TV with cable. The perfect setting for game night, movie night or catch a game, or get a fire going in the wood burning fireplace. There is a single daybed by the window, and a full bathroom with tiled shower on this level. On the lower level are the two main bedrooms, both primaries with en-suite's. The first guest bedroom offers a King bed, TV, en-suite private updated full bathroom with tiled tub/shower. The second primary in the rear offers a Queen bed, plus full sleeper sofa, and private en-suite bathroom with tiled shower. This home is set up for your fluffy friends to come along, and offers a private washer / dryer so you have all the conveniences of home. The complex offers parking for two cars outside the front of the unit, a year-round jacuzzi, sauna, and racquetball court. We had such a wonderful time staying in your beautiful home. So clean. Everything you would need, plenty of room for 6!1 block to the Village and the gondola... closer than expected.
