  • Spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo located at Sunshine Village in Mammoth Lakes, near the Sierra Star Golf Course and shuttle route to Eagle Lodge. Sleeps up to 6 guests and is approximately 1,100 sq. ft. Pet-friendly.

    This ground-floor unit is all on one level for easy access. The primary bedroom features a king bed and flat-screen Smart TV. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds. A second flat-screen Smart TV is located in the living room, which also offers a wood-burning stove (wood provided), Wi-Fi, and comfortable seating.

    The fully equipped kitchen includes all major appliances, cookware, and dishware, with the dining area providing space for meals. Two outdoor parking spaces are included.

    Guests enjoy access to Sunshine Village's community amenities, including a recreation room with billiards, ping pong, and video games, as well as a year-round spa and sauna, heated summer pool, BBQ areas, and tennis court. Laundry facilities are available on-site with QR code instructions on the machines.
