Sleeps up to 4 guests and is approximately 800 sq. ft. Pet-friendly. This bright corner unit is all on one level with a few outside stairs to enter. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the living room includes a queen sofa bed, a twin bed, flat-screen Smart TV, Wi-Fi, wood-burning stove (wood provided), and access to mountain views. The fully equipped kitchen includes all major appliances, cookware, and dishware, with the dining area providing space for meals. One outdoor parking space is included. We then returned home just before a huge snow event occurred. The lodging was excellent in all respects- spacious for a one bedroom condominium, excellent amenities and well equipped, not to mention very clean and tidy. Also, perfect location- close but not within the center of town, and a direct route to the ski area. I would recommend this accommodation most highly, and without reservation! ##### Randall G. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. We could sit out one the balcony and enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains. We were able to bring our little dog with us. The one thing we weren't very happy about is the grounds around the condo. They watered constantly and didn't pick up a dead rodent that was near the condo. Two of us and our fur baby, Scooter. The ground floor location was ideal because it meant Scooter did not have to climb any stairs. It is a great spot with views of the mountains and proximity to walking trail(s). The condo has a lot of character, with lots of old-world European flair. Being collectors of Swiss bells, we appreciated all of them hanging from the walls. The kitchen was very well stocked. Everything matched the listing description and the listing pics were accurate. The complex is quiet, clean, and well maintained. Had a little trouble with the electronic lock. It took at least two tries to be successful (a little finicky and a little user error will do that). We will definitely consider staying there again. The Fondo is an annual trip for us and our experience was very good. ##### Petros V. The condo was as described - clean and well equipped. The location was great, and it was especially nice to have a ground floor unit with adjacent grassy areas for our dog. Had enough room for the 4 of us and our dogs. The condo is located on a quiet street right next to the bike/walk trail. Close to the bus route, jacuzzi has a few nice strong jets.
