Sleeps up to 3 guests and is approximately 800 sq. ft. This bright ground-floor corner unit is all on one level with large windows and partial views of the surrounding area. The primary bedroom features a king bed and a twin rollaway bed for flexible sleeping arrangements. The living area includes a flat-screen Smart TV, Wi-Fi, comfortable seating, and dining space. All the essentials are covered. Big living room and good size bedroom/bath. Apartment heats up fast and the kitchen has everything you need. The bed frame doesn’t match the mattress so we both stubbed our toes a number of times when walking around the bed. The fuse needed to be reset for the kitchen. I recommend sleeping with white noise because you can hear everything from the upstairs apartment. Parking is super easy. We did not like the complex hoa rules that state the hot tub is not open until 4pm. We like using the hot tub in the mornings. Not about to sweat the small stuff, we had a wonderful Mammoth stay. ##### Darlene C.
