This 3 Bedroom + Loft, 3 Bathroom home features unobstructed views of Mammoth Mountain and the Sherwin Mountains, offering light and bright rooms in a beautiful mountain setting. In the living room, cozy up in front of the gas fireplace on the large comfortable sectional, providing seating for the whole family and TV viewing on the large flatscreen with cable. The open plan living, kitchen and dining area with vaulted ceilings is the perfect social setting for your group to be together. The dining area provides seating for up to 10 with an extendable table and more chairs available. And with an upgraded kitchen, fully stocked with everything you need to prepare large family meals. You enter the home on this main level via the private 2-car garage, with ample storage space for equipment, and a spacious entryway for boots, jackets etc. The first of 3 decks are on this level with private bbq off the dining room. Upstairs the Master suite features a King bed with flatscreen TV, private deck with stunning views, en-suite bathroom with double vanity, a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Also on the upper level is the loft featuring a day bed with two Twin trundles, flatscreen TV. A great flexible space that can be used as a second TV room, or a bedroom. The loft is closed off but does not have an entry door or closet. On the ground level, the second bedroom features a Queen bedroom and flatscreen TV. The third bedroom features a set of Full bunk beds, plus a trundle bed, flatscreen TV and daybed by the window to enjoy the views. Both lower level bedrooms have access to a full bathroom with double vanity and walk in shower. Located on the lower back deck is a private hot tub for soaking after a long day of skiing or hiking, that looks out to the mountains. A private laundry room with washer/dryer is also featured on this lower level, offering more amenities to make your stay more comfortable. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This townhome sleeps a maximum of 10 people, comes with a private two car garage with 1 additional outdoor parking space in the driveway (in Summer only), is 3 levels inside, and smoking is not permitted. Pet-friendly for one dog only. All bedroom TVs have access to an Amazon firestick to stream content, and complimentary WI-FI is provided throughout. Came here with some friends on memorial day, and the place was excellent. The living room was spacious and comfortable, with beautiful views of all the mountains around. The kitchen was large and well-appointed. The outdoor spaces were beautiful, and all have excellent views of the Sherwins. The private hot tub with beautiful mountain views was highlight. The beds are not quite as described in the listing: the room that claims four twin beds actually has two full-size bunk beds and a small day-bed, and the room claiming two twins has a twin bed with a small, pull-out trundle. If we had more people, this would have been a problem, but fortunately we had enough space for everyone without having to resort to the trundle or day-bed, but for a larger party it's worth noting. ##### Jamie G. Instead of endangering the lives of my children and elderly parents, I had to cancel due to a blizzard and dangerous road conditions. Since I did not get travel insurance, I only got the cleaning fee refunded. Disappointed that the rental company could not work with me since I have stayed at that property numerous times. If I had made it to the property, we would have been snowed in and unable to leave as the 395 was closed. Very expensive lesson learned. ##### Wendy R. Reviewer Comments: The biggest issue we had was the heating. There is instructions telling us to set our thermostats to 5 degrees apart, but we never got the bedrooms to warm up following the instructions. The bedrooms are always freezing! But really, 5 degrees apart on 4 different thermostats would mean 20 degrees different in total. That would still mean they don't work normally. I believe the 5 degrees apart requirement is a made-up story to discourage us from warming up the rooms. That I think is very unprofessional. I must say the it is a great location for getting to the slopes, if you don't mind wearing a puffer to bed. ##### Foreman L. Reviewer Comments: We had an absolutely wonderful stay and experience at Juniper Crest #25! The property was exactly as described with spacious living and dining areas, bright light coming through large windows and doors, and comfortable furnishings that made it very relaxing after long days on the slopes. They layout was very comfortable and accommodated our group perfectly with Bunk Beds for the kids and comfortable beds for the adults. It had easy access to all bedrooms and multiple areas to chill and relax. The outdoor spa made a wonderful relaxing environment perfect for soaking your sore body after spending the day on the mountain. It was less than a 5 minute walk to Eagle Lodge, which made it convenient to go back to the property to have lunch, saving a bunch of money not eating on the mountain. Plus we never needed our car to go anywhere being so close to the lodge. The property was very clean and well-maintained and ready upon our arrival. The management team was excellent with spending less than 5 minutes during the check-in and check-out process and having everything ready to go when we showed up after a long drive. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone and we are already planning our next trip and staying here again. Like I said earlier, this property is top notch and a wonderful place to enjoy your time in Mammoth! ##### Holly B. ---
