Just a short 110 yards from the Chair 7 lift and Canyon Lodge, this condo truly has everything you need. Decorated with a mid-century twist, the stylish living room invites you and your family to relax on the comfortable sofa sleeper couch. Gather around the fireplace and flat screen TV for a movie or sit on the balcony and enjoy a cup of coffee in the crisp mountain air. Soak in the views of the mountain slopes from the panoramic windows in every room. This extra-large, fully stocked kitchen provides everything needed to make your stay enjoyable and convenient. Feel right at home and create delicious meals after a long day of adventure. The dining room table comfortably sits four and the breakfast bar can accommodate an additional three for the whole family. Stretch out on the King bed and collapse peacefully. Take a bath or enjoy a nice hot shower in the en suite bathroom. Easily put the kids to bed upstairs, in the open-air loft that provides additional sleeping space with a Queen bed and a triple stacked twin bunkbed. There is an additional mounted flat screen TV and bathroom upstairs for comfort and convenience. THINGS TO NOTE: Due to the extreme snowfall this season the St Anton complex is undergoing some repairs. There are no issues with this unit. Please note that guests should not use the balcony due to snow melting/falling from the upper units/roof. Your experience doesn’t end there. No need to worry about carrying your snow gear up and down, there is one garage parking space (6’ 8” clearance) that includes a private locker for storage. This complex also includes additional storage for Bikes in the summer months. The shared community club house has a sitting area, pool table, vending machine, and kitchenette. There are laundry facilities for those longer stays. The outdoor pool and BBQ stations are open during the summer and firewood is provided to guests free of charge. A hot tub and sauna are available year-round. Please note: Some of the condo amenities like the hot tub will not be available due to COVID-19, enquire about regulations. The outside was outdated, the listing did not mention or show anything about access to the front door. Getting to the front door was not easy, there are a bunch of stairs and narrow corridor. I would not recommend bringing bikes. The location is far from everything unless you’re skiing, the chairlift is right outside. The pool was about 40 degrees during summer. ##### Kory W. This condo at St. Anton's was perfect for our family ski trip. It is a short and easy walk to the lifts at Canyon Lodge. The condo is stylish and comfortable, and set up perfectly for for a family or small group. It would work great for two families to share or have lots of space for one family. Our kids especially loved the terrific loft space upstairs. The ski locker in the garage was incredibly convenient for leaving our skis on the ground floor. The problems are with the parking and condo management team. We reserved through VRBO and initial communication was through a 3rd party rental management company, Grand Welcome. We learned ahead of time that underground parking was available, so we asked if there were an outside parking spot for our SUV with a roof box and were emailed there were outside spots. Here's where the problems started. After parking outside for two nights with no problems, on the evening of day 3, we had FINAL warning stickers on our SUV to move it and they blocked in our SUV with a snowcat (see in pictures). We were not in fire lane and no signs were present to state the spot was reserved. We contacted Grand Welcome and St Anton and after several hours, we received a call from the St Anton manager. No explanation for blocking our car in, no apology, very rude and no solution to parking our SUV. Do not stay here unless you want to experience poor interactions with the manager. ##### Karl W. This place was perfect for us. We appreciated the very well appointed kitchen with almost every cooking pan or utensil you might need, and the incredibly fun loft. Mammoth is still buried under a record snowfall season, and it was interesting to walk in to what felt like a snow cave-- the ground level windows/sliding doors were completely below snow level so the master bedroom/kitchen/living area got no natural light during our stay. We went upstairs to hang out and get some sun, and even up there (what is effectively the 3rd fl), the snow came just above the bottom of the window sill after it snowed 3 feet during our stay. Driving down the street (which was really a channel carved 15 feet into the snow) required chains for about 1/2 our stay, The condos directly across the hall from this one were red tagged, sadly, so we felt very lucky to have this great place to stay. It is not really ski in-ski out, but you can walk uphill about 1 1/2 blocks to Canyon Lodge or drop off your group and their gear and come back to park in the underground garage. Only the day it snowed hard was it ski-in because Mammoth's parking lot got enough coverage to make it back to the condo. Maybe in a normal season there might be a path to ski back to the building somehow. Back to the unit- very comfy beds, gigantic TVs we didn't use, nice clean bathrooms. Well maintained. Pretty much as pictured. You will need to walk up 1 1/2 flights of stairs to get to this 2nd floor place. No elevator. Two large jacuzzis outside, close enough for the brave to get to barefoot, going through the lounge which also has a sauna and pay-to-play pool table. For people with younger kids, there is a nice supply of games and a few toys. We cooked our meals, but I suppose you could walk downhill to restaurants and shops (somewhat dicey when the road is a narrow chasm sliced into the snow at the moment, with cars squeezing through). Thank you to the owners for sharing their getaway with us-- we loved our stay here!!! Would come again without hesitation! ##### Angela T.
