Very comfortable apartment, well equipped with working appliances, kitchen accessories in excellent conditions, 4 closets with enough toom to store what a family of 4 needs, and overall a finely decorated place to spend vacations. The condos are really nearby the lodge to enjoy the ski infrastructure offered by Mammoth Lakes. It is not a restful unit though. Noise from the unit above can be quite loud, especially if they stay up late and get up early (before 6 am). The bunk beds could use some curtains or partitions to act as a buffer when the kitchen or living room is in use. As for cleanliness, it could be better. The tub was not cleaned as it had some dirty residue and kitchen floor was a little sticky. I had to wipe the floor with wet paper towels. Also, one of the night stand lamps was not working but didn't need it. Kitchen amenities were very basic and of so-so quality. Please do not keep bent knives. ##### Joel S.
