Luv luv luv the garage access... so much easier moving in/out versus a massive garage. Didn't get to experience heavy snow, but this resort area would seem to have good plowing ability. We also took a yoga class at the athletic center and used the hot tub/steam room there, which was an awesome added perk! We also were surprised when we requested additional towels for our family and were told that there was a limit of one set of towels per couple. That amounted to two people sharing a washcloth, hand towel and bath towel. We were advised that the information was included in our instructions but I have not been able to find it so far. We had also requested help with figuring out how to use the TVs and were assured that someone would come by in, "an hour or two". They never came. We certainly realize that the ongoing Covid situation has caused properties to alter their policies but it is very frustrating to be unable to contact a responsible person in the office. Communicating via email and phone was not effective in resolving problems in a timely manner.
