We love the location, and the condo is clean and well-decorated. The layout works well for various sleeping arrangements with children from newborns to teens. Property management was quick to respond with more dishwasher detergent and toilet paper upon our request. Jacuzzi code did not work, but we were still able to get in to use the facilities. We come to Mammoth every year to ski/snowboard and this was one of the best places we have ever stayed! Large property, easy to spread out, very clean. Clear it has been recently upgraded. There were 2 adults and 4 kids. Access to the meadow/creek behind the property was a wonderful way to experience nature as well. The kids could walk out back and play outside. Great access to shops and restaurants and drive to the mountain was easy. Only downside was that our family doesn’t really enjoy memory foam mattresses. But realize that’s a personal preference. The floors were dirty and under the couch has not been cleaned in a while. After the first day, the water was cold. We waited to see if the water would heat up and unfortunately it was cold for the remainder of the trip. We tried to adjust the thermostat temperature because it was too warm at night and we couldn’t sleep. However lowering all the thermostats throughout the house, the temperature did not change.
