Place was perfect. Was clean, way more spacious than I thought it would be, fully stocked kitchen, a short walk to lifts, covered parking. Will definitely be back.
Overall great stay. We wish there was a door to the bathroom in the Master Bedroom and that the property had towel racks in the bathrooms. But overall, excellent experience and location. Thank you!! We hope to return again soon!
Unit has been nicely remodeled. The biggest issue is that there is no door on the master bath, which was awkward - even with just our family there. They need to figure that out. Location is great, walking distance from Canyon Lodge.
High quality 2 bedroom unit. Beds were firm , sheets nice . Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and we brought our own seasonings. Little bit of a walk to canyon lodge and very convenient. Ski locker veey convenient. Elevators has luggage carts for use. The dishwasher stopped working a few times but service came to fix quickly
Easily walkable to canyon for a group that ranged from beginner 5 year olds to experienced adults. Unit itself was very nice and accommodating. Comparable to anything in village. Check in and out was easy. All communication was electronic. Instructions were clear and detailed. The complex though is a bit outdated. Hot tub was pretty gross. That has nothing to do with our hosts though.

Clean, close to slopes, confusing communication
The condo was comfortable and clean albeit missing some things like oven mitts. The communication from the property management company was extremely verbose and confusing. I received multiple reservation confirmations that were pages and pages long. Most of the content was stipulations about how much they would charge me if I did something that violated their rules. It did not make for a relaxing stay and created an adversarial relationship and felt like they intentionally created pages and pages of fine print hoping to be able to charge me for some minor slip-up. For example, if we didn't close the blinds and shades when we checked out we were threatened with a $XX charge. The checkout procedures had a list of 16 items along with penalty fees for not completing them. The emails were also inconsistent. Not all of them had the same information, including missing extremely important information like the door code to enter the building which made check-in stressful. There was so much to read in the emails that it was almost impossible to find any information I was trying to find. I would avoid this property management company in the future if at all possible. I also felt less safe given there was no peephole on the door and no way to lock the door from the inside, which means anyone at the property management company that has access to the door entry code could have entered the condo at any time.

Nice location but not worth the price
Startlingly average for the price paid.
This condo has nice walk in appeal with wood floors (which need to be repaired in front of the refrigerator) and a spacious open plan kitchen and living room area. It's when you try to actually LIVE in it you realise the shortcomings. No towel rails and only one hook in the hallway bathroom which, according to the sleeping arrangement, could be serving up to 5-6 people. In our case we had three women in one bathroom with a single tiny hook and nowhere to put toiletries or hang our towels. The glass sink is impossible to keep dry - water splatters everywhere! You've seen shower heads so low you can't wash your hair? This one is so high that a shorter person can't properly reach to adjust. The management company provided one towel per person for a 6 night stay and only one set of shampoo, conditioner and body wash per bathroom. Bring your own towels, at least two per person so you have a separate hot tub and shower towel. There are no boot warmers, games, a stockpot for soup, proper cereal / soup bowls or other basic amenities we've become accustomed to in accommodations at this price point in the mountains. The master bedroom has no door to separate the bathroom from the sleeping area so beware, your partner is going to hear (and smell) everything. The internet service from the wifi was too weak for most streaming and as there is only basic cable you should bring some DVDs remember those (?) - if you want to have something to watch on a storm day. We had two storm days in a row and they revealed all of the shortcomings of #36.
The hosts could spend a minimal amount to remedy most of what is wrong. Organise the closets so there is room for guests to use them (linens and spare blankets were spread out rather than concentrated in one place). Install towel rails and a second set of hooks in the "kids" room. Add refillable body wash / shampoo / conditioner dispensers to the showers. Better for the environment and prevents a second trip to replenish when guests run out in one day. Leave some DVDs in case people are stuck or, better yet, upgrade the living room tv to a "smart" set people can stream to from their phones. We were even unable to sign in to our Netflix accounts on the tv app. Put some bowls in the kitchen and spare kitchen towels. We knew we didn't have laundry but we didn't expect to have only two kitchen towels for a week.
While the condo was nice and clean, everything was the bare minimum as far as amenities. No washer and dryer, tiny soap packets that were supposed to last six people four nights, no music player, no TVs that could cast apps, basically making us clean up the place despite charging over 200 for a cleanup fee etc. The owners need to spend about 1000 to get their technology out of the early 2000s and get the correct kitchenware in place. So it was just OK.
