• Stairs are required to access the loft.

🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes

• Parking: Unassigned parking is available for up to two vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis. A parking pass is provided inside the condo and must be completed and displayed while parked.

• Stairs: Stairs are required to access portions of the home.

• Balcony: The upstairs balcony is currently closed for repairs and is not available for guest use.

• Community Amenities: Community amenities are managed by the HOA. Availability, hours, and maintenance schedules may vary. Guests have access to the seasonal pool, hot tubs, sauna, sports courts, and BBQ area.

• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of a pet during your stay or after checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee.

• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.

• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.
