This beautiful, premier, pet-friendly 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom townhouse in Mammoth Lakes California is located within yards of Snowcreek Golf Course and is beautifully landscaped with spectacular views of the Sherwin Mountains, Mammoth Mountain and Mammoth Rock. This unit sleeps 6 comfortably, includes three decks (some with views) and is nicely decorated. Enjoy the convenience of a private 1 car garage, washer/dryer, a gas fireplace and a electric BBQ. The living room features a 50" flat screen Smart HDTV with TiVo, Blu-Ray DVD player, and access to Netflix and HBO Go (logins not provided). Snowcreek offers luxurious green grassy knolls, spas, saunas, and a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy a hike in the meadow or a cross country ski trek while taking in nature's majesty. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Unit V#933 was beautiful and spacious for just 2 adults and our dog Bodie. Great location, with all the comforts of home. My only issue with this unit is the master bedroom mattress was VERY uncomfortable and in my opinion, needs to be replaced.

Reviewer Comments: This is a very nice rental. It can easily accommodate a larger group. The garage is very small. So, if you are driving an SUV, be prepared for a very tight fit. The complex is beautiful and people are friendly. The spa is not very convenient, particularly when it’s 15° outside. Overall, it is a very nice stay, although the interior is a little dated.

#### Renovations ongoing at condone, but not informed prior to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I chose this property because I enjoy the location and views. It is normally a quiet area and this condo was shown to have a front and back upstairs decks for sunrise and sunset views, along with a bottom level deck for easy access to grassy areas. However, both upper and lower back decks were unavailable for use due to construction. The whole back siding & insulation of the condo had been removed, and there was no floor to the upper deck. My stay was for 1 week in August and could not even have the windows/doors open for fresh air due to the noise of the workers and their music. At times, their trucks blocked the driveway and garage for this property. Very dissatisfied, but no compensation provided.

As advertised. Liked the layout. Both bedrooms had decks in addition to the one off the living room. It was off season but still very quiet. Living area comfy. Nice view. Kitchen amenities spartan but totally fine. Master bedroom spacious. There was an additional small bed under the entrance stairs. Young kids would love it. Would book again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The only one thing is maybe a new mattress for the sofa bed it was definitely a challenge to find a spot not feel the metal bar … but other then that 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

Reviewer Comments: Mammoth Reservations saved us when our condo went under construction with no warning making our stay miserable & that rental agency did nothing. With 1 phone call, they worked with us to move into this condo same day for the remaining 4 days of our trip and we loved it. Very quiet area, no drama, everything worked well and loved having screens on the doors to keep the air flowing. We will stay again with out hesitation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and the layout of this condo is terrific. I really enjoyed it however the master bedroom bed was bad. It sunk on both sides. Upstairs curtain fell off twice and shower door handle also came off and needed some repair. However the reservation staff answered a call and was available for issues.

Reviewer Comments: We had a last minute cancellation of our first rental and we've always loved Snow Creek so we were happy to find an available unit. This unit is fine. With a bit of attention it would be markedly better issues include:Wifi didn't workToaster is a diasterKitchen cooking gear is in need of an update-Gas Fire place doesn't stay on only for 3-5 minutesTV/Audio/stereo/ difficult to figure out how to use.Bedding is decades old- It is a unit that feels like the owners are doing to minimal to maintain - like I said it was fine but with a bit of TLC and attention to really thinking of the experience of the renter this could be a really good rental- not there yet.

#### A Perfect Get Away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very enjoyable experience for 16 nights. We were most satisfied with our stay. The location was perfect for us and our dog as there is so much space to walk and going into town was easy.Although the unit was "surface clean" the property is in great need of a deep cleaning. The inside of lower cupboards were very dirty and the surface of some cupboards are peeling. The top and underneath of microwave has not been cleaned in a very long time. Kitchen floor has a lot of damage. A thorough dusting of all surfaces - ceiling to floor needs to be done in the dining area & living room. Kitchen was well stocked with lots of useful kitchen tools which made preparing meals easy. {Hint: you might want to bring a couple of your own knives}. We would have gladly vacuumed during our stay but the vacuum cleaner in unit did not have a bag. I searched for one but did not find any.Just FYI: I am spouse of person who rented so I was there the entire stay.It was a wonderful vacation and we totally look forward to returning next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was perfect. Lots of room for all of us plus our little dog. Great view of the mountain on a nice sunny deck. The condo was well equipped for cooking. It was very quiet, but we were there in May. The only down side was that not one hot tub on the property worked. After hiking and biking all day, we had really been looking forward to recovering in one of the hot tubs.
