The location of the condo is great and the price is very reasonable. The kitchen is has plenty of cookware, dishes, etc. Some of the furniture is dated and the condo could use a deep-cleaning and a few repairs. The gas grill did not work well and there was no internet service during our stay.

A TON of potential but needs improvement…Positives: The condo is very large…it’s an end unit on the upper level so it’s quiet. The showers had hot water and good water pressure. Needs improvement: It’s really old…old carpet, old furniture, old sagging mattresses, old blankets, old appliances…so it has a Musty/Dusty odor. The biggest problem is the mattresses, which are super uncomfortable because they’re old, hard, and sagging. The pillows were tiny and old as well. The parking. We had 2 cars and there were 2 parking permits but there’s really only one spot for each unit, as well as 3 non-reserved spots that are first come. The check-in process was confusing. The door code was someone else’s phone number. Every other place we’ve rented had the door code set to our phone number when we arrived. There was no guest book inside the unit with information regarding how to use the TV or heaters or anything else. The toilet paper was absolutely abysmal. Literally painful…I HAD to buy better toilet paper at the Vons; it was either that or never walk again. So yeah, I did not feel like this condo was worth the price. It really isn’t ready for renting. It needs an overhaul. Once it’s up to standard it will be epic.
