    walking distance to Canyon Lodge, this 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo is a hidden

    gem. The spacious layout offers an open plan layout, while enjoying great

    amenities and a cozy pellet stove. The living room has a large flatscreen TV

    with cable and roku streaming, and a sleeper sofa next to the cozy pellet

    stove. Enjoy a private balcony with valley views and seasonal outdoor seating.

    The full kitchen features granite counters, and is fully stocked with

    everything need to enjoy family meals in the dining area that seats 4. A

    Nespresso machine for the coffee lovers, and an electric kettle for the tea

    lovers is included! The primary bedroom features a King bed with TV, and

    adjacent full bathroom with tub-shower combo. With an enclosed shared Tandem 2

    car garage (garage clearance of 6' 8"), no shoveling will be required and you

    can park your vehicles and forget about them. A short walk takes you to the

    lifts at Canyon Lodge, and there is a free mountain shuttle stop close by to

    take you to the Village for shops, dining options, and festivities. The

    complex offers a seasonal BBQ and outdoor eating area, year-round hot tub and

    paid Laundry facilities. This unit is not pet friendly, is an upstairs unit on

    the second story with approximately 20 steps to enter. All guests receive

    complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities

    including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga,

    pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes.
