Maximum Occupancy: Condo #38 can house 6 people! Bedroom Arrangement and Televisions: This equestrian themed unit has a king in the master, 2 twins in the second bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room along with a 32 inch flat screen TV and VCR . Unit 38's Features: A new Bose Wave Radio in the living room as well, listen to your favorite music. Sure it doesn't have granite counter tops or stainless steel it has everything you'll ever need for your stay! Candles, big tub for candlelit bubble bath, DVD player in the kitchen while cooking is the best! Open the drawers/cupboards, you'll be surprised. A managers fave, go ahead call and ask! Washer and dryer in the unit!!! Wireless Internet: Now has wireless internet!! Directions are on the modem in the unit or call the office for the password. Reviewer Comments: My family and I decided to stay here in November to get an early start to the snowboarding season. We've been staying at various Mountainback condos for over 15 years. Good:- Kitchen is well stocks with good pots, pans, plates, and knives.- Master bed is nice medium firm. Not lumpy like you find at a lot of other rentals.Cons:- First deal breaker. Entrance to the master has a low shallow shelf on there. On the shelf is a heavy, metal ornamental horse statue. My son was examining it and tried to pick it up. It was so heavy it slipped from his fingers and bonked him on the head. - Master bedroom heater barely works. Took over 4-5 hours before the room started to warm up. - Tile floors in the kitchen and bathrooms are freezing. Had to wear socks or shoes around indoors or else feet would freeze. This was a first for us.- There was only 1 half roll of paper towel left.- Pullout couch is about as flimsy as they come. We had 6 ppl. So 2 in the master, 2 in the twins, and 2 were supposed to share the pullout. So 1 of the kids had to squeeze in on the small twin with their sibling. And the other person slept on the floor (using the seat cushions).- Master toilet had issues flushing on the first, second, or third press of the lever.- Coat hanger near the door is like 7-8ft off the ground.
