This is essentially a 3 bedroom as the den has 2 twin beds which is perfect for the kiddos. The open fireplace along with tons of firewood is perfect for smores. The dining table is large with seating for 6\. Cable TV works great and cabinets are full of board games. Washer and dryer in the unit is a big plus. Location is a 1 minute drive to Canyon Lodge. You could walk but may take you 15 minutes with gear as it is uphill to Canyon. Overall, very impressed and would definitely stay again. ##### James C. We felt the condo was cleaned well before we arrived based off the smell of cleaner/bleach when we walked in. The condo’s kitchen/furniture/look is a little outdated, but everything was comfortable (minus the beds, which were so-so) and we really enjoyed the time we had in Mammoth!
