This craftsman lodge style townhome is in the perfect location. Easy to get around without a car. Once you arrive, you'll know why being here is so wonderful.
This home easily sleeps two families or one big one. With high vaulted ceilings, you feel inspired like you're in a cabin in Montana, yet have all the modern amenities. Featuring 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 3 of the bedrooms have private bathrooms.
Read the reviews, location is everything and being centrally located once you park you'll never need the car. Great idea when it's snowing or you want to stroll and wobble home from dinner. Eagle Lodge / Chair 15 is down the street, and the free shuttle stops are directly across the street.
When the chef wants to take the day off, walk to a dozen+ restaurants, the grocery store or the best pub in Mammoth. Wake up and smell the latte from the Mammoth coffee roaster on the corner. Go around the corner and get Apres Ski at Distant Brewing, delicious hot ramen, the best take out sushi and down the street is the bowling alley, the ice rink, playground, and Mammoth Creek park for a quiet stroll.
This end unit is the largest size townhome on the property and is 3 levels. Enter this home with a private entrance, handy bench to slip off your boots, hang your skis, and trays to dry off wet shoes.

Each room is decorated with an alpine elegance reflecting the outdoor atmosphere and gold mining heritage of Mammoth Lakes. You'll feel transported from the city... and on vacation in the mountains.
Bedroom #1 (primary), has a Cal King size bed, with a bed warmer, Ralph Lauren designs, and Smart TV with all the streaming channels. High vaulted ceiling gives openness and the private bathroom has a double sink, shower/tub and toilet.
Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed, Smart TV with loads of streaming channels, with a Blue Ray player. It has a private bathroom with sink, shower/tub, and toilet. Check out the snow sleds in the closet.
Bedroom #3 is the cowboy room with a queen bed and bed warmer, Easy chair with foot rest to relax and chill and a nice reading lamp. Yee haw! The private bathroom has a shower/tub, sink and toilet and plenty of room to hang your Stetson at the end of the day.
The cabin was remodeled in 2022. We provide eco friendly towels, linens and soap amenities.
The great room is up one flight of stairs. Cuddle up in the living room with a gas fireplace, hardwood floors and a big sofa everyone can hang out on. There is a 65" smart TV with a Blue Ray/DVD player and all the streaming channels. The sound bar is Bluetooth so connect your phone for music as you like. The living room opens to a balcony patio, with a view of the Sherwin Mountains or the starry sky at night. There is a small BBQ on the deck for use during warmer months. There is a larger BBQ in the community area. All TV's have cable and Wi-Fi is throughout the house.
The kitchen is ready to go including both a regular drip and Keurig coffee maker, so bring your 'K' pods. Major appliances and utensils, pots and pans and a great blender for Margaritas. The dining table seats 8 plus 2 at the counter so 10 people can dine at the same time.
The 4th bathroom is on this level, with sink, large shower and toilet perfect for the guests staying in the loft and doubles as a guest bathroom.
The third level is the loft. With 4 twin beds it's a great place for kids and friends to hang out and have their own space. The loft is open to the living room.
Amenities include: Private in unit laundry, gas fireplace, private balcony, and forced air heating. Community amenities are a sauna, 2 spas, seasonal pool, BBQs, poolside lounge chairs, bathrooms poolside, all located steps from the unit. Run to the spa in winter, warm up in the sauna before going back to the townhome to hot showers with endless hot water. Summer or winter, you'll love the convenience of everything this townhome offers. Parking is for 2 cars, a 3rd may be arranged in summer only. The parking can also accommodate motorcycle and boat trailers in summer. Especially handy for our fisherman, and for our Motocross participants.
We set the home up for your arrival, and clean it up after your gone. Your responsibility is to clean up the kitchen if you use it. We use eco-friendly sheets and linens and every bathroom has soap amenities.
This property accepts pets. 1 medium size breed dog, prefer hypo allegenic non shedding. There is an extra charge. No cats. This property has 1 “Ring” doorbell, outside at the front door.
Check In is super easy. You'll get a code emailed to you 48 hours before arrival to open the front door. That's it.
There is a big giant "Christmas Tree" our front to welcome you to our winter wonderland, and don't forget to look up at the stars as we take great pride in not polluting the night sky with light.

My friends and I recently visited this property as we were evacuating the fires in LA. It was an amazing accommodation for our group with lots of beds and a great space to all hang out. We were able to snowboard every single day and come back to relax or use the jacuzzi. Overall a great experience here!
This was the perfect place for our family vacation! The location was perfect and the place was beautiful. My only suggestion would be to get regular pillows. Those are popular in most places, but have no substance. Other than that it was really great!
Perfect place for a couple families with 2-4 total kids.
Newly remodeled bathrooms, super clean and comfortable.
Conveniently located, short drive or shuttle to all 3 lodges (we drove to the slopes and walked to several restaurants).
Grocery store and several good restaurants just a couple blocks away.
Hiking trails at Snow Creek not far - about a 10 minute walk.
We brought our dog and she loved it too.
Enough small grass areas for her to do her thing and loved the hiking trails too.
A little noise from next door one night but the 4 other nights were quiet.
Kitchen was well supplied and we used it daily…
A great place for a first trip to get the feel of the town.
Would definitely stay there again.
It’s not a remote feeling like in the woods, but there are plenty of trees around.
Neighborhood was quiet at night.
Long walks with the dog were great usually met other dogs on the way.

Beautiful "cabin" feel with fancy new bathrooms in a great location
I have so many great things to say about this townhome. Lofted wood ceilings with a big stone fireplace, and one bathroom for every bedroom AND one upstairs. What a luxury, especially since they are recently remodeled. Well appointed kitchen too.
Location is fantastic with breweries, bowling, and restaurants - all in walking distance, and just a short drive to the Village to take the gondola to the top, take the shuttle to places like Devils Postpile, and more.
We had a 3-year-old with us which made the loft challenging. Four twin beds are great to accommodate a lot of people but they were also a great place for a toddler to stand and look over the balcony.
The front door has a keyless entry with a code, which made getting in and out for the adults super easy. The only downside was that said toddler could easily open the door from the inside.
The property manager was very accessible when we had questions which I think is really important. He even gave us advice on fun hiking suggestions. He made it an even better experience.
I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
We really enjoyed staying here as a family. Everything was clean and it included everything you needed. Great location for the shuttle and walking distance to Vons
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were very nice, and the kitchen had everything needed for preparing meals. .The townhome is close to stores and restaurants, and an easy drive to all the other sights in Mammoth. Thank you for providing us with such a well-appointed townhome for our family gathering.

Great stay - would certainly consider again
Great location, quiet and nice amenities. Communication with the owner was wonderful too. Had a couple questions during and after our stay and they followed up very quickly.
Really nice place, close to everything we needed. Host was very responsive.
Clean, easy to get to, everything we needed. There was an issue with a recent remodel where a leak happened. Jefferson was able to get this corrected quickly. Nice place, we would stay there again!!!

Very well stocked, and easy access to all that mountain community has to offer. Check in and condo info was made easy. they allow some pets, so our two little dogs had a blast.
We had a blast at this property and the kids loved it. It's close to bike paths, etc. The manager of the property was very communicative as well. Great spot!
The location of this property was perfectly located 5 minutes from Eagle Lodge. The inside of the cabin was clean with a rustic cabin charm. I would definitely recommend this location to a friend or family member!
Always have hand held shower head versus stationery . Your guests will appreciated more.

Charming Cozy great room with gas fire place
This property served very well for our family gathering of 5 adults, 2 kids, and 1 dog.
Three separate bedrooms for the adults and a loft for the 2 kids. Everything worked well and we had a good time using this as our home base. Highly recommended for two couples with up to 4 kids.
With all the individual bedrooms and baths, everyone has lots of privacy. And the living space on the main level has all the room we needed; the dining table will easily seat six adults; if some are children, there are full size chairs for eight.
We had plenty of "cooks in the kitchen" during our stay and everyone was happy there.

Great for large group
We were delighted with this property! Beautiful decor--warm and cozy yet big. There was enough seating, beds, bathrooms, towels, dishes, glasses, pots and blankets for everyone! Internet and cable worked great.
The kids were thrilled with hot tub just across the street. Easy access to shuttle. Great service from City Concierge as well. The only things missing were w/d and a garage and the tv could have been bigger - but when you are sking or playing board games- who needs a tv!

Pet friendly condo
Our family had a great time staying in this condo. The unit is on a corner with plenty of parking. The unit itself is very comfortable, clean and dust free. There is plenty of seating in living room and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking complete meals. It was our first time renting in the middle of town and it worked out perfect. Restaurants, market, movies, parks, walking paths are all within an easy stroll. We enjoyed walking to Starbucks every morning and then to the scenic walking path with our dog. The owner, Jefferson was a pleasure to work with as well. He was prompt in responding to emails and very understanding when we accidentally brought home some items from the condo! We plan on returning to Mammoth again next summer and will definitely we reserving this condo.
Very clean, practical large rental property with all necessary in-house amenities as well as pool and spa access. Charming moose theme lamps, chairs, and wall decorations and added wooden antique cross country ski mantel decoration. Only downsides were shag carpets in the three first floor sleeping quarters and a leaking tub hot water faucet (the latter should be repaired for next rental after we telephoned the problem verbally to an emergency staff member the evening it was discovered and left a message at the concierge management company the following day).

Property has lots of room and for those who like to be in walking distance to town , a perfect location. Our family prefers more remote properties. But the size and last minute booking ease were great.
Great properly and super friendly property manager
The location of the property is amazing, across the street from the bud to the slopes, walking distance to Vons and brewery. The cabin is very nice and cozy, everything was as described. Jefferson, the manager, was extremely friendly and helpful. Would book again :)
We rented this place for three weeks right before the stay-at-home order went into place. It was perfect. The contactless check-in was seamless. The wi-fi was superb and handled the needs of three kids doing online classes plus two adults with absolutely no glitches. It is located right by Vons and it's an easy drive to the lifts. The property manager kept in touch, making sure we didn't have any problems and giving us tips about nearby opportunities to hike with our dog. There is a bathroom in each bedroom, plenty of pots, pans, dishes and anything else you need to cook at home, and there is even a grill on the terrace. Absolutely zero complaints. Wish we were still there!
We really enjoyed the stay in this house. Very clean and cozy please for family stay. And walking distance from Von’s is plus for mother who has kids. I stayed many other places in Mammoth Lakes, but this is the best place. All those interiors are updated than other places I stayed. And one other thing that was plus for me was, my furfamily can join with me. That is the extra plus point!
Couldn’t have been in a better location to access everything great about Mammoth. The townhouse was just as described and very comfortable for adults and kids. Communication with the property manager was great. Jefferson was very helpful during and after our visit. Highly recommend this property.

The location was perfect- close to both town and village. 4BR (although one was an open loft and not private) and 4baths worked extremely well.
Kitchen was well stocked but very cramped. Nice places for dogs. There was a lot of “stuff” piled outside For construction, etc. this could have been hidden
