Sitting right on the creek, this is a peaceful, quiet community with the Snowreek Golf Course located on the other side. The 2 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom with private 1 car garage, offers a large deck to soak up the Mountain setting. Inside the fully stocked kitchen with top of the line stainless steel appliances, you can cook like a pro for the whole family and enjoy the open floorplan with dining for 6 and the large breakfast bar with additional seating. Or cozy up in the living room by the wood-burning fireplace, and enjoy some family time or watch the large flatscreen TV. The couch also offers a sleeper sofa pull out for additional sleeping. The master features a King bed, access to the patio and large master en-suite bathroom with soaking tub, walk-in shower and dual vanity. The second bedroom features a Queen bed, TV with en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. There is an additional powder room in the hall way and large mud room entry way. A private laundry room with washer and dryer helps with those extended stays feel like a home away from home. This unit is all on one level and has no steps to enter.
