The Space:
Settle into a comfy, well-appointed condo ideal for a couple, small family, or close friends. The living room has a flat-screen TV with cable and DVD/Blu-ray, plus a wood-burning fireplace for cozy evenings in (firewood is provided on the patio). WiFi is included.
Cook at home in the fully equipped kitchen with drip coffee maker, toaster oven, pots/pans, and basic serveware. Share meals at the dining table for 6. Sleeping spaces include a queen bedroom, a built-in twin bunk alcove the kids will love, and a living room sofa sleeper for two. One full bathroom serves the home.
Step outside to enjoy Horizons 4’s clubhouse amenities. The hot tub, sauna, rec room, and laundry facilities are open year-round; in summer, the community pool, tennis court, picnic area, and BBQ stations are available. Unassigned parking for two vehicles is included with permits.

Important Things to Note
• Parking: Unassigned parking for two vehicles in the lot on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking permits are required and will be inside the unit; please display them as instructed.
• Communal amenities: The sauna, hot tub, recreation room, and laundry are typically available year-round. The pool, tennis court, picnic area, and BBQ stations are summer-only. All community amenities are managed by the HOA and availability is subject to change.
• WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location, internet and cell service can be spotty or occasionally unavailable.
• Pet policy: This home and complex do not allow pets per HOA rules. If evidence of an animal is found during or after your stay, an additional cleaning fee will apply. HOA rules are strictly enforced and fines for violations may be the guest’s responsibility.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late checkout may be available based on availability; requests must be received by 10:00 AM the day prior and may incur an additional fee (up to $60). Approval is not guaranteed.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels, and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Getting Around:
Location logistics: The free Green Line shuttle serves Eagle Lodge and The Village. Shops, restaurants, and hiking/biking trails are within walking distance. Snowcreek Golf Course is about a 4-minute drive (seasonal).
