The problem is the no refunds policy in the winter. We left a day early due to weather knowing no refund. This effects when we reserve a unit and so for the rest of the winter we are going with hotels. Walls had dirty stains above light switches and kitchen and bath sinks. Kitchen utensils and pots were sticky and oily.There were ants in the kitchen. Extra blankets had soil on them and smelled stale.
