The open plan living area with large gas fireplace, and comfortable sectional becomes the great room of the home for family gatherings around the fireplace, and a flatscreen Smart TV. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a 6 burner stove, fully stocked with all kitchen amenities you will need to prepare meals and formal dining area seating 8, allows you to host all of the family. Enjoy al fresco living with the fully covered entertaining terrace on this middle level offering a built-in gas grill, dining seating for 6, private hot tub and additional seating outdoors on the balcony. A very desirable large primary master suite on the dedicated third level of the home offers privacy, space and an area to work remotely. Set apart from the rest of the home, you won't want to leave this exquisite master suite featuring King bed, lounge area with gas fireplace and large flat screen TV. A private en-suite bathroom with walk-in steam shower, whirlpool tub, double vanity, and walk in closet.
