Unwind with a warm cup of cocoa by the fire, then relax in the cozy comfort of your private space for the night. Whether you choose the private bedroom, the sofa bed, or the spacious bunk bed alcove (complete with privacy curtains & nightstand), you'll find everything you need for a restful stay. The dining area seats 6, including both the dining table & bar. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Enjoy the serenity of the mountains from our peaceful corner unit with WiFi & a smart TV + cable, & board games. You’ll have full access to the resort-like complex amenities: jacuzzi, sauna, pool, tennis, laundry, BBQs. The convenient 1st-floor corner unit means no hauling heavy bags up the stairs!

Updates feature a new bed (Nov.2024) in the primary bed room, wood flooring, a down-to-the-studs bathroom remodel including heated floor, cozy electric blankets, & a zero-gravity recliner by the fire for ultimate relaxation.

—GETTING AROUND—
Upon arrival you can leave your (up to 2) cars parked for the duration of your trip. Our condo is a short 1 - 2 block walk to the best restaurants in Mammoth, the grocery store, an inviting coffee shop, ski/bike rental, kid's playground & Mammoth creek. Hop on the free town shuttle at the stop just out front, 100yards from our front door, for convenient skiing access. Direct to Ski Lifts: < 1 mile (eagle lodge). 150-200 yards from our condo's door are additional shuttle stops to main lodge or the village.

Easy, Convenient Check-in! An electronic front door key code is provided & parking passes are left in the condo for you!

Firewood is stocked in early winter & available until it runs out. Please bring a lighter, kindling & newspaper to start a fire as while we wish you to enjoy our fireplace these 3 items prove difficult to keep stocked.

-No Animals allowed in this condo due to Health Conditions.
-Linens are not routinely provided for sofa bed. If you reach out in advance we may be able to provide them for your stay.
-Travel Insurance is recommended.
-Snowstorms are foreseeable during the ski season in this mountain town. Carry chains for your vehicle. Refunds are not given for storms or weather warnings regardless of season. We do not refund if the road is open with chain control. We will only provide a refund for the days that the road is completely closed; If escorts are provided for any period of the day then this is not a full road closure.
